What's the point of AFK pig?
Just had a match where the pig was doing the video tape addon and afk in front of a trap box. Everyone in my match was smart enough to remove their traps before doing a gen and then we left with barely any points. How is this profitable for the pig from a bloodpoint or fun standpoint? legitimately don't understand like you may as well just afk in the corner

Afk pigs usually are susposed to camp the actual trap box they just guessed wrong and were hoping for a good toss of the dice

Any number of Survivors may get unlucky and find that they are unable to remove the Trap because the Pig is blocking the box they need. If more than one person need the same box and it's being blocked, then at least one of them is guaranteed to die.
Mostly just a trolling tactic.

She got f by luck but most of the time that playstyle give 1 kill 95% of the time and with an end game build she kill the reamaining survivor.

Because I love to relive the Saw franchise while playing Pig. I actually prefer putting the trap on someone before the last gen pops and chasing them around so that once egc starts, they have to find hatch or die.

No as this replaced 50/50 pig unless the survivors don't do a gen until everyone gets their trap off which can be argued that both sides are holding the game hostage which is unlikely as most of the time the person who manages to get their trap off does a gen most of the time

As long someone does a gen that is so the traps can activate and even than they can rework the add on to have them be active as soon as the match starts

Imagine banning a meme play style couldn't be me like they replaced 50/50 pig to give survivors more opportunities to remove the trap
And this coming from someone who doesn't do the afk pig strat as I want to play but I see the meme and video potential in it

That “meme style” is good awful to play against and pretty boring. I saw an idea about you needing to go too 3 different boxes to get the trap off and I think that would be better. Slow down for pig without the survivors getting it on the first try and no more afk pig. This is all my opinion and it’s ok if we disagree

Honestly as much as the pig player side in me would like the idea of having the survivors having to search 3 boxes for the key the survivor player side of me see how easy it would be for pig to slug with this
And I agree the meme playstyle is boring that's why I don't do it but I would be lying if I didn't see content in it like if I was a content creator I could just cut out to a moment before a survivor finds the box the pig is blocking
