Considering I have 1100 hours in the game I really should know this. Does speed add ons on an item get you "more charges' in theory or are you just getting better value out of those charges?
For example a brown medkit being 1 heal, if I add a speed add on it will still be the full amount of charges consumed upon use?

Speed modifiers also increase charge consumption. Brown and Green medkits have the same amount of charges but different speed modifiers. Attaching addons that increase that modifier will also increase consumption accordingly.

Using the medkits as an example, the brown and green with no adds on does 1 heal but green just does it quicker is that right?
