Why Trickster's comestic is a set?
Devs, you know we hate this SETS cosmetics, and you promised for us in a past october Q&A, change that. so, my question is. why this is a set? I know about all concept for the new skin, but dont exist any reason for be a set, you can mix head and weapon perfectly, for other cometics pieces. I show you. I dont like set head for this comestic and i want change that. Honestly, change this, you can SELL like a SET. but give us opportunity for mix.
PS: this mixes in pictures are be a glitch, you cant play like that.

My biggest gripe is how bland it is compared to the recent Baba Yaga. I wouldn't mind it being a set if it was really out there and inspired.

If they went to the trouble of unique animation and voice lines, why sell an Ultra Rare set for shards?
Anyway, I would not wear this outfit even for free because the head ruins it.

You don't even have to spend real money. It can be bought with 30K shards.

How is that not inspired? It's one of his stage costumes so it is a perfect extension of his lore and its heavy inspired by cupid I think that's good enough. The head might not be every one's favorite but it fits the overall anesthetic

Admittedly, this is a matter of taste, so there really isn't a right answer.
But to me, It is just trickster in a stage costume and how many times have we seen that? All of his costumes have been that minus Pressured Performer. They could of had a more entity version of cupid, an inucubus or even brought something out of world folklore relating to love but twisted.
Like give us something new and interesting to look at and not just Trickster at another gig for $15.

Plus, I thought the whole gimmick of Ultra Rare skins is that they were meant to change the character into someone else. Like the Minotaur, Krampus, Baba Yaga, Charon, etcetera. Trickster's is literally just Trickster. They couldn't even be bothered to change his face or something. Plus, I really don't see why this skin gets lobby animations and new voice lines, while Minotaur and co. don't. Just strikes me as more preferential treatment from BHVR towards All-Kill, despite Trickster being unpopular.

He legit has a arrow in his chest in a beading heart and the remains of his cut of wings that are still bleeding. I would say that counts as twisted folklore about love and sure its a stage outfir but I kinda think it already is twisted by the entity because the heart and the wings are bleeding which atleast for me looks kinda supernatural

I don't think that's the reason because more people would buy the skin, or at least pieces of it, if it wasn't a set. They're kind of shooting themselves in the foot on this one, money-wise.

Baba Yaga got whole new SFX + lobby music while Legendary skins have slowly been getting unique voices. I think they're just starting to realise this is what people want and may go back to change Krampper and Minotoni like they did with Lisa/Cybil.

I think they were going for a twisted Cupid/cherub/angel character. Maybe a bow as his bat would have helped, or wearing a quiver.

Well you see, BHVR discovered that they can tack on unused voice lines from recording sessions, or create an "idle animation" (that you'll literally never experience in game as killer) in 15 minutes, and suddenly, bingo bango, a mediocre $10 outfit is a mediocre $15 outfit that you have to buy in its entirety, not just the parts you like.

Actually, the huntress lobby music seems to be for base huntress rather than exlusively for the Baba Yaga set.

Interesting- Meg and Feng also got unique lobby music but only with the skins, hence my comment.
