Question about crossplay
I'm playing on a ps5 with crossplay off and it's been taking ages to find a lobby, does anyone know if with crossplay off I can queue with ps4 players or only ps5?

Only PS5.
Works that way for Xbox Series X/S as well. They can't play with Xbox One, Xbox One S or Xbox One X.

Is that meant only for the killer? I tried playing as swf with my friends from ps4 and it worked

It should work for PS4 and PS5 but I never really tested it so not sure

I believe SWF works regardless of the Crossplay settings through the invites. But to fill a lobby just one pool, in your case it would only pull from PS5 players.

Unfortunately crossplay is a feature of multiplayer. Unless you want to wait an hour You are stuck with pc players. Sorry dude. Reality bites

If you play the PS5 version you can only play with other PS5 players with crossplay off. If you switch it to the PS4 version you'll go to the PS4 crossplay off lobbies.
