Thats to hard for then silly. She's either gonna be insanely boring to play against but really good with a unoriginal killer power or shes gonna be really weak with a power similar to another killers but ultimately worse. That's the cycle

Well we know for sure she won't be S-tier. Best we can hope for is Low A or high B. No license killer is ever S-tier and if they A tier they get nerfed.
I am going to guess can down quickly but has no map control (which would be kind of weird for this character) or watered down versions of both which end up making killers go back to using the killer she was recycled from.
