Yellow glyph challenge
Do you have to do something specific to trigger these?
I've done one before with no probs but it was ages ago, I'm trying to do the one on the current rift and it appeared in the first two games (I failed it both times) and I must have played about 10 games since with no sight of one, is this a bug or am I missing something?
edit: playing on PS4 if that makes any difference, I can't imagine it would be can't hurt to mention it

At risk of stating something you probably already know, but I didn't for quite some time until I searched for it here, you must be playing as survivor for it to show up. It doesn't show for killers

lol I made that mistake the first time, I played it for hours as killer and couldn't figure out why it wouldn't show, I wish it was that simple this time

Just unlucky I guess. You kinda have to treat them as if you’re looking for the hatch, as they only become visible when you’re near them.

To my knowledge, if you fail the check, it disappears for the match. Though it's not impossible that the one time I did fail the check, I just didn't run into it again
The other times, it's completely random where it shows up and it only has a range of like...10 meters or so for you to see it. There's a decent chance that you just plain got unlucky and it was tucked away in a corner that you didn't come across.

if you fail the checks itll vanish into narnia but it should (!!) respawn- it did during the first rift, anyway

It probably does respawn. I only failed it the first time when a killer tried to shove his machete up my pooper mid-glyph (RUDE!) so I only had it happen once. So while incredibly unlucky, op might just have not found it again as there's nothing special you have to do to make it show up except get close enough for it to appear

it does respawn in a different area if you fail it.

its starting to bother me now lol, I must have played 10 matches with no sign of it so far, I didn't know if there was an area where it was more likely to spawn or something like that, whether it was more likely to spawn near the shack or basement, sounds like its completely random though and its just purposely avoiding me

Can confirm it does respawn at least once during the same match. It did for me
