What kind of map would you guys like to see In the future?
I have been playing a lot of vhs and they have some of the prettiest horror aesthetic maps a high school a hotel and a lab personally I really want a mall map In dbd like the stranger things one or the fear street one!

I hope we get more Ormond maps in the future. It's a great realm aesthetically, and we've essentially had nothing but deserts and claustrophobic, poorly designed buildings ever since Chains of Hate. Ormond isn't exactly the peak of balance itself, but the loops and general realm is nowhere near as cluttered and safe as Forsaken Boneyard, for example.
But overall I just want a map which doesn't have eleventeen loops connected to each other with walls low enough that the survivor can see the killer over them, but high enough so the killer can't see the survivor over them, as well as five million bits of junk with shoddy collision every third step. And ideally without the generators being spread to the far corners and you being forced to 3-gen if you want to succeed on most killers, and without having to break seventeen breakable walls to turn the main building from "infinite" to "god building".

They just can't do proper indoor maps. We've seen it again and again.
While in theory indoor maps could be a way to break stale patterns and try something new, it's just not working.

I think a graveyard map is the most glaring absence for the current lineup of maps. And not like the Eyrie of Crows, but a proper gothic graveyard. Cliche as hell, but fun. I'm guessing that if we ever get a vampire killer, we'll see it then.
A shopping mall might be fun, like day of the dead. Probably would be too big, though.

They could do everything - and themed cosmetics.
Gothic style castle. Space station or ship. The Trickster Disco. A Lab.

I'd like to see maps for all the chapters that didn't come with maps.
Something with alot of grass everywhere that hides my Trappers traps well and let's me put them randomly all over the place.
Tropical island/jungle map.
Museum map.
Burning Man map.
Post-apocalypse wasteland map.

Old timey shipyard map.

something that isnt more grass and trees, id like a space station, an aquarium would be very pretty, being able to see fish swim around, a city of some sort, like the all kill menu, something super colourful! a mall, a castle....i like indoor map ideas tho it seems like most people here dont lol

For a Licensed location:
I still want another Silent Hill map. Preferably the nightmare world version of the outdoor areas. Either that or a nightmare variant compilation of Silent Hill locations based on 'Nowhere' from Silent Hill 1. I think it would be interesting to see how The Entity, lore wise, tries to comprehend that location. I'd also like a Mall setting. The Mall from Silent Hill 3 or Dead Rising. There are others, but these are the two that come to mind immediately.
For Original:
I'd like to see a Prison Map. Either that or a city street map with a lot of alleyways and such. Maybe a rundown nearly destroyed former casino?
