Does anyone take flashlight spamming seriously
I don't mean just killers I mean if your playing survivor and someone spams a flashlight at you constantly I had a match where a Jill was flashlight spamming so I didn't take her seriously because it's the most annoying thing people do so I just don't take her seriously she starts messaging me complaining that I killed her because I didn't pay attention to her. There are TWO buttons made to emote that you need attention on PS4 its the D-pad's up and down buttons I don't know what it is on PC or Xbox or better yet just tbag a little so I know you need my attention. Does anyone take those kind of survivors seriously.

I use it to signal to the killer that I'm too dangerous to chase so I can work on a generator in peace. Alternatively I click mid spin to reset my character's position so I can arc my character differently.
I also use it to fail flashlight saves.

It's mostly to annoy the killer and get them to chase you.

Yeah, the flashlight macro hurts my eyes.

Survivors flashlight spam with malicious intent to hurt your eyes, and taunt you. They know damn well that anyone on the other end could have epilepsy, but they don't care.

When i play killer i love it bc its basically a 3v1 as long as you dont chase that guy. And even if i know its meant to be bm i find it to be more of a celebration on the survivors part.

I do not care about them. It would be hypocritical if I did as I love clicking my flashlight.

Yes, a lot of people take them seriusly, you can read posts on forums and watch a lot of streamers getting super tilted over clicky-clicky.

there’s always a wounded Kate or a Meg nearby, relentlessly click spamming me for a heal

...usually, jus carry flashlights around like broken light sabers until I find someone to pass ‘em off to, then see if they know the ways of the force🤔

If i get flashlight spammed i usually don´t chase them. So if you do it as bluff it may work.
Sometimes when i accidently bump into them and start chasing some turn out to be pretty bad. There also is a chance they then dc when downed.

Now hitting on hook is perfectly fine under certain conditions...for example take my case when I was using purple flashlight with best add-ons.....on Midwich....facing Doc .....poor Doc.....I blinded and pallet stunned him so many times I lost count......of my flashlight life....I did my usual stun and went click and then dead. He then slowly turns to face me I slowly drop my flashlight as then BAM I'm down like something out of a Loony Toons cartoon.
Needless to say after hooking me he smacked me a few dozen times and we started into each other's eyes because he wanted to see me die LOL. He didn't care about the other survivors, he just wanted to make sure I died lol. Perfectly understandable and I would do the same thing lol
But Clickly Click squads are a reason why Lightborn never leaves any build.....

I don't take flashlight spamming seriously, I can't imagine being offended by something like that.

I've had a couple of survivors in solo queue spam flashlight as a warning the killer was close. But it such an annoying way to do it, that I tend to assume they're just attention seeking.

I had a Mikaela spam her flashlight at me while I was working a gen because she was upset I cleansed a nearby totem. Because she wouldn't stop I went and cleansed the other 4 totems. When my swf teammate died he saw she spent the match just hiding. Luckily the other random was good at looping so I was able to finish the remaining 3 gens.

Not at all since it gives more info on where survivors are at. Most of the time it's just people wanting to be chased
