To all survivors about to leave through the gates against Billy...
Please just let him hit you with his chainsaw before you leave. All of us here who can't/don't play Billy are having a hard time with this challenge, so an extra few hits could help.

Was not waiting at gates is toxic? 🤔
Okey, i will keep this in mind and i will give last kiss to Billy at gate.

I'm kinda amazed that survivors would rather get minimal Bloodpoints and de-pip than help me get this Billy challenge done. I show I'm friendly, we nod at each other a bunch, I bring out my chainsaw, and they scatter. Well, okay, if you won't stand still and let me get the chainsaw hits, then I'm going to go stand at the exit gate while you do gens. Those are your options. I have no pips, offerings, or add-ons to lose.
When I play survivor, I'd much rather take the chance and help the killer out than only get to do gens and leave. Doing gens and leaving is always a de-pip because it's impossible to get altruism or chase if the killer refuses to interact and it's frustrating as hell. Where are the survivors like me when I'm playing killer??

I can only speak for myself, but I stopped helping Killers with Challenges. The guy who got his challenge because of me can be the guy who will tunnel me out of the game a few days later.
Also, I already helped Killers and got killed for it. E.g. I got killed by a Legion while helping him with his "Stab 5 people"-Challenge, the other Survivor and myself got sacrificed by him.
Sucks for those who are actually nice and need the help, but if a Survivor is nice enough to help with a Challenge, dont sacrifice them. At least for me, those people spoiled it for others.

Step one: kill one survivor fast to slow the game down.
Step two: chainsaw remaining survivors without ever hooking them.
Step three: when you have reached the 7 downs, either go take a coffee, or put them out of their misery.

No. I did it first try by farming and throwing the entire match. If you want to do the challenge "normally" then expect normal resistance

just do the archive with speed limiter and mothers helpers its easy if you arent instadowning

I have to do the same thing with Huntress as well. Billy, Huntress, Trickster, they all feel awful on console. I need survivors to stand still and give me multiple chances, because I'll even miss stationary targets.
I've died to killers who seemed friendly. Some pretended, others I think just changed their minds. In all my time playing, though, the number I've had do that is very, very, very low. Most friendly killers are sincere. I get screwed way more often by like sandbagging teammates and what not than I do seemingly friendly killers.
Yeah, you'd think DbD is The Matrix or something: die in the game and you die in real life.
Yeah, I never kill people who help me with challenges, and I don't understand the killers who do that. They're screwing over their future selves.
Anyway, it's fine if the survivors don't help with the challenge, it just means I get to read a book or something for five to ten minutes while they do gens. At some point I'll get a couple willing to help out, I just have to wade through a lot of wasted matches to find them. I wish this challenge weren't seven. I could attempt it on the Switch if it were like two or three (make no mistake, that would take me multiple matches to pull off), but not seven.

You do not help people do challenges... Because they might actually be playing the game normally a few days later and kill you? Rofl... What in the? Survivor mains, bruh.
Luckily for me I do not want or need the help. But I feel bad for the garbage killers who are likely survivor mains to begin with who have to deal with their own kind from the other side. As if it wasn't torture enough playing with them on your team, imagjne playing against them as someone who doesn't know how to Billy. Feels bad, man.
Pro tip for anyone struggling with this challenge. Instead of playing nice, find the weak link, hard face camp them. Do NOT kill them, slug them when they get to stage 2 and proxy camp the slug. Easy. That is how I did it before I learned how to Billy, back when I would literally struggle to do his daily and need exit gate hits. Anyone can do it. You do not need to hope for a helpful survivor main.

Oh, it is more the second part. That Legion was one of the Killers where I helped with Challenges, died for it.
And the part with the tunneling-example... Eh. I think only being nice when you want something is not really a good move.
That being said, I also dont expect that someone helps me with my challenges.

Huh. This post wasn't trying to say "lemme kill you hurr durr" it was saying that maybe instead of t-bagging and clicking away at the gates you could at least let the Billy chainsaw you for a free hit right and the end of the gates. Y'know, give at least something good out of being a toxic loser.

I'm so glad I got a good survivor team yesterday that wanted to farm. I just kept downing them with my chainsaw and then carrying them to pallets for another to hit me and free them. Was good time. I had them in previous match when I was doing another challenge and same thing.

Nah I'd rather just leave so I'm not wasting the killers time.

No, because most of the times I get sacrificed for helping.
And because they play Billy or whatever, how do I know that they play for the challenge. So no.

Damned if you do, damned if you don't. Personally I would rather survivors to just leave
But then again I am a fairly good player at Billy, so I can understand the people only trying to do dailies/challenges would rather survivors stay for a knock-down.

Still haven’t completed it?

I play billy still religiously he's one of the only killers i have fun playing as. But i agree the 7 chainsaw hits against good survivors can be a nightmare. Map choice loop creation and just overall survivor looping can make getting 7 so much of a chore. Im lucky if i get 5 some games. A survivor will take a m1 any day of the week over a chainsaw hit. So im personally not a fan of this challenge. It gives survivors to much power over whether you get it or not.

I was able to get this challenge on first try some how. Everything just went right. I did have the thought to use insidious and get a surprise hit or two in. Thankfully I didn’t have to resort to it.

Whenever I see a Billy right now, I run to them and let them chainsaw me. I've gotten different results. Some sacrifice and camp me and others farm with me. But I agree, if you wanna be nice as a survivor, please let Billy's get those hits at the gate. If not then that's fine too

- I do not trust farming.
- We can learn to play Hillbilly. He’s actually a lot of fun.

There’s politely asking people to help you get a challenge done and then there’s this weird entitlement and expectation that survivors must help you with challenges and if not you’ll rage quit and sit in the corner instead of playing the game properly.

You just need to learn to read minds and make everyone happy.

I'll happily help any struggling Billy players out there.
My friends and I did the same thing for the Plagues when there was that challenge to hit two survivors with the same corrupt purge.

I only tried a couple times yesterday in between doing others things. The Billy challenge isn't a high priority.
Oh, I can't play killer on Switch. I've made this very clear on these forums on numerous occasions that killer is unplayable. The framerate and janky controls are awful. When I play killer, it's for a challenge. If the survivors want to help me with mine, I'll help them do whatever they need in return. But there is no "playing the game properly." I cannot track during chases because the graphics are like PS2 level and dark as hell. I can't put the sensitivity on maximum because the framerate can't keep up, so survivors change direction about 5x faster than I'm able to. I whiff 9+ times out of 10.
Killer is not a "game mode" on the Switch, it's simply punishment and misery. I'll say that over and over again until the devs fix killer on Switch or until we finally get cross-progression like they ####### promised. I'd move to PC instantly if I were able.

This is how I got my "hit 15 survivors with a hatchet" challenge without farming: I found the weak link and then proxy camp her body and hit everyone approaching with hatchets and downed her every time they got her up again, then scared people away in melee and chased them till we passed a locker, so I could get my refill of hatchets. Worked like a charm, and eventually I started hooking.

I gotchu.
Look out for a Jane with a red blouse and trousers.

I play on ps4 and, whenever I needed something done, I waited until I saw a survivor on ps4 too and messaged them.
Once, two kids invited me on audio and I helped them Farm and they helped me with some huntress business (I can't throw hatches for shite).

As someone who was lucky enough to meet survivors that let me chainsaw them multiple times
What I did was chainsaw one guy picked him up let him struggle out nodded up and down revved and unrevved than nodded again and he nodded back and let me chainsaw him and repeated letting him free twice than a Feng came by and did healing and also let me down them via chainsaw so I was basically helping them with their healing challenge and they helped me with my chainsaw challenge
Also I was milkman billy just to look as friendly as possible lol

I am waiting to see my all team are safe. So then i am just leaving. If they need my help, i am going to hook save or bodyblock for them before leave. I don't like to wait and t-bag killers at gate. It is just time waste for everyone.
Yeah, i am jumping to next game. It was sarcasm for topic. I can not know people have challanges, if i knew i would try help.
Okey i will use some skill points for mind reading. Sneak is already 100, so i don't need more.

What are the chances the survivor is waiting for the last of the survivors to escape so they can get hatch?
