Undocumented killer nerf
when exactly did the survivor hitboxes go from this...

because i swear that it wasn't like this up until one or two patches ago. i know im not crazy. there's basically no way to hit a survivor while he's unhooking unless you do it right at the beginning of the animation. even if you clearly hit him in the back it will just register as the hooked survivor taking damage, and both of them escaping. i dont play killer that much so please back me up on this.
and by the way... why does the hooked survivor just t-pose when the killer grabs the unhooker? seriously... you guys couldn't add an animation during all this time? it's honestly embarassing.

Well so far you've accused something of being an exploit when it wasn't and then asked if killers were shadownerfed when plenty of people can get hits while someone is unhooking (myself included) so while Clevite's comments usually provide some insight your posts aren't off to a good start so far.

I always interpreted the t-pose as the hooked survivor trying to help balance themselves on the way down, while keeping their arms out of the way so they're not interfering with the unhooking process. Could look nicer, I guess, but I think it's okay.
Also, the hitboxes haven't changed and I get hits on unhooking survivors fairly frequently.

I don't know what you're on about, because I have zero issues hitting the unhooking survivor at any point during the animation. Works on my machine 🤷♀️

Fairly certian I've hit plenty of survivors while they try to unhook.

Unhooking has been weird at times but that has always been the case.
Its also usually only on a select few powers with Deathslinger's being consistently weird: Deathslinger's spear almost exclusively hits the unhooked survivor even when directly hitting the person going for the save.
That being said Idk where you got that picture from especially since hit boxes in this game are rounded spheres or pills.

I'm sorry but I will need a few videos of this supposed nerf because as someone who plays on both sides hooks have been wonky lately for me but not due to hitboxes Moreso the animations
Eg getting a unhook off but being grabbed at the same time leading to me getting hooked on the hook that recently became free

Hooks seem bugged. I have experienced what op is saying where i have been directly behind the survivor but hit the hooked survivor instead.
I have also had other weird interactions where i hit a survivor while unhooking and they run off, but the hooked survivor continues to go through the unhook animation. Another one is when i hit a survivor early and they still get the unhook instead of having to start the animation again.

Oh you mean the great skill checks? Yes. Yes there was.
Without these checks, overall wiggle time has not been reduced.

Auto aim may pull your hit to the unhooked survivor instead of the unhooker. Try to aim just before the unhooker's back, not right at them.

You have to do flicks and stuff in order to hit them when you're coming from the side. Otherwise it magnetizes to the person on hook and you get nothing from your hit.
