Can I report hackers in this forum too or only I game?

Because I had a hacker game and would like to report him with some sort of safety that it is actually heard because, even though I reported him Ingame, those reports never feel like they actually have any value.

  Send ticket with video evidence to DbD support. I am sure here on forums you can find usefull links or on their DbD support site as well.
