So is Sadako the first Killer that moves at 115% with 24 meter Terror Radius?
Decreased Terror Radius to 24m (was 32m)
If this means that she is, I'm really happy about this change, making her stealthier even when not in her stealth mode is great for her!

Myers in Tier II is 115% with a 16m terror radius (8m with Monitor & Abuse; 6m with Monitor & Abuse plus Dead Rabbit). But yes, she'll be the only 115% killer with a 24m base terror radius.

Visibility
While The Onryō is demanifested, she is intermittently visible within a 32m range and Survivors hear a “lullaby” rather than the terror radius. On more open maps, however, it can be easy to spot her sporadically appearing as she approaches. With that in mind, we’ve made the following changes:
- Decreased max visible range while demanifested to 24m (was 32m)
- Decreased Terror Radius to 24m (was 32m)
Its not a typo,it obviously says that her TR radius is decreased as well.
I will buy her because of those changes.

There's a lullaby? What is it?
I can't say I heard any lullaby while playing or watching others play, so genuinely curious if their audio is bad or if I'm becoming more deaf than I thought...

It's the eerie sound you hear when she's in the demanifested state...hard to describe it.

Ngl I didn't know she had a lullaby until reading the changes to her. Never noticed anything on the PTB.

It was definitely there. It's just such a strange sound to try to describe, now that you are listening out for it (or at least when the Chapter releases), I'm sure you'll hear what I mean.

Also a bit out of context, I guess her Terror Radius will change in the character info tab from 32m to 24m right?
Would it be possible to change the number on Michael's character info tab? I know he still technically does have a 6m terror radius hidden under the Undetectable Status Effect, but during gameplay it doesn't ever take an effect. I think it would be reasonable to change it to 16 meters in the tab, since we'll spend majority of the time in tier II during gameplay.

The perk applies before the addon; so in tier 2 outside of chase, Monitor reduces it to 8, and then Dead Rabbit reduces it by 25% of 8, making it 6.
In chase tier 2: Monitor increases it to 24, then dead rabbit drops it to 18 (25% of 24 is 6).
Out of chase tier 3: Monitor decreases it to 24, dead rabbit then increases it to 30.
In chase tier 3: Monitor increases it to 40, dead rabbit then further increases it to a whopping 50 meters.

To be fair, 6 meters is tiny. That's less than the width of the killer shack ( I think killer shack is roughly 10 meters across, so you don't hear Meyers in that load out unless he's something like the distance of the generator to the door in the shack)

With this change, can we maybe get Freddy and Pig to have their 24 meter TR's back? Freddy used to have it before his rework and pigs had hers changed to 'standardize' her movespeed and TR...which is complety pointless now that Sadako is the same

They made a good decision. I am really happy with these buffs. I cannot wait to use monitor and abuse on another killer besides Myers. Well, after the Deathslinger incident... Anyway.

If I recall they wanted to standardise killers more at one point to be 115/32 or 110/24 with the few exceptions being nurse/Myers/Huntress but now slinger and Sadako also go against the norm they should just shrink pig's again. Would make whispers a great perk on her without also needing monitor

No, M&A only affects the Terror Radius, so in her stealth mode you'll be able to hear her from 24 meter radius no matter what (unless you use her add-on that shrinks that radius) even with M&A, but once outside of the stelth mode, M&A will work.

So it will not be strong on her like on old Deathslinger or Myers. But i learned she has lullaby with patch notes. I did not noticed on PTB.

You can literally hear her lullabye before anything else, its loud. The notification you get that she's using her power is even louder. On PTB she wasn't really sneaky or stealthy even in her invisible form because you could hear her coming and see her since it revealed her in 32 meters. And it was directional.

I got confirmation that my friend's audio setup is busted, so it's good to hear what it sounds like from others.
