Is this some kind of sick joke?!?!?!
Why are you telling me to get seven saws as a killer that is so obsolete its damn near impossible without farming!!

Did it in my second game. "Damn near impossible"... Not really.
And you dont have to do this challenge to progress in the Rift. Worst case you are missing out on a few BPs and Rift Fragments, but those should not matter.

run lopro chains and get good

I did it in 1 game because the survivors felt bad because I was accidentally afk until a quarter the way through egc. (Haven't tried it on switch yet, hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm)

Just gotta embrace the farmer inside billy
Got Mine quickly via farming two people who kept reviving eachother

Literally took me one game and i had never played billy online before

I was literally whining about that challenge on here the other day and then got it first go with speed limiter. Just never M1. You don't have a main weapon unless you're carrying someone. Injured survivor? Chainsaw, regardless of your addons. Survivor that's too good at avoiding the chainsaw or in too good a spot? Ignore for now, chainsaw them later. Chainsaw overheated? (It will) Breathe down their neck until it isn't anymore and get revving
That was just my method anyway. Way more fun than I would've expected, played another 5 billy games afterwards (without speed limiter)

I got it done on my 3rd attempt a few days ago, and I rarely play Billy. I had a TTV in my lobby and a Kate, both Iri 1 ranks, and a Bill and a Dwight that were clearly the weak links of the team. I got either 8 or 9 saws without farming. The TTV I avoided chasing (even though they were clicking away looking for a chase), but I did eventually downed them twice during the match with the saw when they were out of position. The Kate I chased for a while, but she clearly outclassed me, and I left her. The remainder of my saws were on the Bill and the Dwight. I purposely slugged them both and avoided hooking the Bill on what would have been his death hook so I could get him with the saw again later (which I got, for what turned out to be the 7th one I needed).
I definitely avoided using his basic attack, and I got a pretty wide-open map in Shelter Woods, so a little luck didn't hurt. I'd be happy not to see any more chainsaw challenges though.

I got it but my challenge wasn't selected and now there are NO WEAK LINKS!!!! everyone I chase is sweat city.

I thought the same thing because I NEVER play Billy, but you just gotta use the right build for landing constant chainsaw hits.
Try Otz's combo suggestion for the addon that makes saw rev faster after being stunned along with the perk Enduring. Maybe even Spirit Fury.
Throw in something like Tinker, BBQ, Plaything, Hysteria, something for aura reading or cheeky surprise hits.
You can do it!!

Play at peak hours. Matchmaking will give you a gift.

Skill issue.

Easy :
_ lose a few games with this piece of junk.
_ saw survivors without hooking them
_ when you have reached the count, finish them or go take a coffee.
Isn't this fun?

Wow, you did it on your second try? I am actually really impressed. Well done.

Yeah. It's a though one without survivor compliance. I managed by using the speed limiter and chasing a less skilled player using the chainsaw, then downed him, and chainsaw the rescuer. Eventually at the end gate, during the mandatory survivor gloating, they naturally stood at the gate and I chainsaw them all a few times before they left.

Got it easy in first try. Well, Billy was my main for years so no problems there.

Just saying that people really need to stop crying about "Challenges" being "difficult".
Otherwise we end up with only Challenges which basically require to play games. Which even the biggest potato can solve, but will be boring as hell. "Start a Chase with 16 Survivors" is one of those. "Play 4 games"... Every Glyph-Challenge is the same "Play at least X amount of games", where X is the amount of times you found the respective Glyph.
It is fine if Challenges require a bit of effort. And this effort should not be "I open a Forum Post".

I saw some Streamer telling the same thing. He didnt played much Billy since his changes. Took Lopro Chains and even got unlucky with Map: Lerys. Still had no issue getting this many hits. I guess people have completely lost the feeling for difficulty in this game. All the challenges arent really difficult at all. Most are just annoying, but not difficult.

The challenge you're complaining about boils down to "play one match as The Hillbilly".

I don't play hillbilly at all I'm not good with him but, I got it in three matches.
Eventually you get a match where you get easy downs or someone will realize that you're doing the challenge and be willing to help out.

I haven't played Billy in over a year lol. I then go to do the challenge got it first game but failed to select the challenge!!!! Then it took 8 games to get it which is my fault because I used the speed limiter and I mean, every survivor I got matched with knew to abuse vaults and pallets to force main attacks. I was just frustrated at the time of this post and joking around. I forgot how serious people on here take things. Sorry for the false alarm peeps. : )

Speed Limiter gang

i love speed limiter. Survivors are so shocked when they are still standing after a chainsaw hit it most of the time allows for a second saw. LOLOLOL

i do it every time i play killer brother its not impossible

First try thanks to the survivors who understood what I was trying to do.

you just have to learn to play billy
get good

It ain't that bad but, it also depends how good you are with billy and on the maps. Try running Lethal on Billy for maybe an early down

Don't give up

The boy had the farmer in him all along he just needed to have the perfect time to show it and people say you can hear him farming to this day.

If you're playing Billy you should be going for majority chainsaw hits, and to get a 4k you need on average 9-11 hooks, which is 9-11 chainsaw hits. It's ridiculously easy if you win.
