Scourge Hook: Floods of Rage
I originally thought this perk sounded very good. However, breaking it down you know where 2 survivors are anyway. (Hooked & Unhooker) You should be in chase with another so it's only really showing you 1 survivor which may not even be relevant. Would be better if it shows you auras when you hook them.

There are some occasions where both the unhooked and unhooked manage to hide though the unhooked is typically found first due to injury.

It's just an opposite and worse BBQ, once again a perk that will never be used

Picture this. You play as Sadako. You equip Agitation, Pain Resonance, Floods of Rage, and Make Your Choice.
You get someone down, Agitation gets you to a scourge hook, Pain Resonance tells you where to teleport to harass someone. Somebody saves, now somebody is exposed and you don't want to commit to chases anyway... So... Now you see the exposed person for 7 seconds and can teleport to them. Down them. Repeat.
Sounds pretty good to me.

It’s a delayed BBQ. There’s no minimum range limit and it lasts longer but it happens later and at a more unpredictable time. BBQ gives you info on where to go after a hook, FOR gives you info on where the rescuer is going/see if they’re healing at the hook or not and see where the other two survivors are. If you’re already chasing one then you can use it as a de-facto I’m All Ears since you will see them for those 7 seconds.
Overall though I will probably stick with BBQ most of the time just because I like bloodpoints.

Or swap resonance for BBQ to gain info on more than just one TV location you wanna jump to

Floods of Rage has to be better than Bitter Murmur on Huntress, right? Like it can activate eight times for all survivors compared to Bitter Murmur's five times and its like a lesser BM for the last gen only, but all the time.
