Ukraine Charm.

Tbf there's being political and then there's just stating the facts of the case. Regardless of someone's view on politics and regardless of someone's view on exactly what has happened, it can't really be argued this isn't the case, and all I've done is present the facts.

Now if I were to get political everyone should probably panic because me and politics go together about as well as a house on fire.

What I mean is just be careful what you say. You exhausted all your temp bans and a single mistake and we lose you.

And ngl I REALLY don't want to see that happen. Who else would waste time to write summaries of QnAs and updates?

The U.S/U.K is hardly beacons of morality on these issues, The U.S in particular have given us wonderful chaps Like Saddam, Pinochet and Noriega.

Cuba is still suffering sanctions from the U.S 70 years later, why? Because the U.S views/viewed them as a threat i. the Munroe doctrine.

To think Russia is going to accept a hostile alliance at their borders is just laughable.

I think some of you might not know, but Ukrainian nazis and military were killing their own people in Donbass for 8 years, civilians and children, bombing them with military jets and artillery, labeling bombs "all the best we have for Donbass children". They killed many thousands of people, including around 100 children. Even the US government has officially recognized their military "Azov" squad as a neo-Nazi group, they have committed a lot of crimes in Donbass. But western mass media won't show you that. They wear nazi chevrons and even their presidents Poroshenko and Zelensky were wearing them, you can find a lot of pictures on the internet. But I guess killing civilians by Ukrainian army and neonazis in Donbass is ok, right?

If you don't believe me, google Anne-Laure Bonnet, she is one of the few western journalists who have visited Donbass to tell the world about what was going on there.

Ukrainian neonazis have burned down many people alive in 2014 in the Ukrainian city Odessa (google for "Odessa massacre 2014"), because those civilians didn't want to recognize the current Ukrainian neonazi regime, after that those nazis were making selfies with their dead bodies and laughing about them and the government doesn't care, no one was accused. And why would they if their president was wearing a nazi chevron?

After Hitler was defeated most germans said they "didn't know" about brutalities of Hitler's regime and they were so sorry for what they have done. I guess the world didn't learn that lesson.

I don't think adding such a charm to the game is a good idea, just google for pictures of killed civilians, disabled children and destroyed civilian houses by Ukrainian army in Donbass.

Im most likely not going to reply to any replies to this comment that focus on this first paragraph as this is a DBD forum and I do not want to get into a politcial debate here but there seems to be a bit of a sentiment here that most russians support the war which at least of the ones I know(mostly from DBD) isn't the case at all. I am in no way defending Russia as a nations actions but those decisions were mainly made by the sham of a goverment over there and does not accurately reflect the Russian population as a whole and assuming BHVR would lose all their Russian players or that Russian players would automatically tunnel people wearing a Ukraine charm is just plain racism. As with anything there will definetly be some Russian players who do these things (Just as I can guarantee some immature 14 year olds from other countries who thinks its cool and edgy would support Russia's actions and tunnel anyone with a Ukraine flag and proceed to say racist things about Ukraine in the end game chat) but assuming it as something most Russians would do it just blatant racism. But who knows maybe I just managed to find every Russian who dislikes the attack on Ukraine on my steam friends list through DBD and Payday and have a skewed view.

On the topic of adding a Ukranian flag charm I think it is a bit pointless unless its sold for money as raising awareness wont do very much because you have to be living under a massive rock to not know about the situation happening there. Imo if BHVR is doing something (which they really should) is make some cosmetics that act as donations. EG you buy a 5 quid blue and yellow recolor of some outfit and BHVR donates 5 quid. Or make a portion of all cosmetics purchases lets say 20% for arguement sake you buy a 5 quid cosmetics BHVR donates 1 quid to a charity for the Ukrainian crisis.
