how to deal with survivors who team with the killer?

The reason I am asking this is because I got downed and this Jake kept picking me up repeatly and letting Mikey hit me back down and they both kept teabagging and bming. They were literally showing where the David was and got him killed. I literally HAD to DC because they were holding the match hostage.

    You can keep trying to move and hold shift while slugged to prevent him from healing you. Otherwise not much

    Record video, report both them and hope they will get ban (doubt). Hold shift + w and bleed-out is your only option.

    I will admit, I am guilty of doing things like ignoring a certain survivor if I think they got bad teammates, but that is just not right. It's super rare though since it requires the perfect storm of a troll killer and a troll survivor becoming acquaintances.

    P.S I do not encourage DCING, do not DC unless you have to
