Should Temple of Purgation be moved to Forsaken Boneyard
Credit to Pixel Bush for floating the idea.
Basically just what the title says do you think when the time comes for temple to get it's update it should be moved to the boneyard? Personally I've always found that this big Sumerian temple being in a rainy eastern European forest to be just a tad too off for me and to see it in a desert setting where it belongs would be great to see. I think it would sort of complete Plague in a way and she would be in a place that suits her character rather than feeling like the entity just snatched this temple and plague out of space and just plopped them in the first realm it thought of.
I know it's probably unlikely and the temple is staying right where it is but maybe if BHVR sees the idea has enough support their minds could be changed about it because it could for sure be done it's more just convincing them it's worth doing.

I'd definitely say it fits with the Eyrie much more than Mother's Dwelling, so I'd be happy with this.

Hmm, i kinda like the dark gloomy look of the temple. if they made it so there was 2 version then sure. if not id keep it in red forest

I don't think so.

Well it's a temple not a pyramid.

Babylon was located in Mesopotamia. A desert.

No more daylight maps. This is terrible and btw Eyrie should be removed entirely

Yes I support it idk why everyones throwing such a fit on it

More daylight maps >>>>>>

No! I don't wanna another daylight map. Temple is dark map and it should stay like this. No more bright map, we already have so much and i hate it.

....
Plague is either Sumerian or Babylonian both of which were Mesopotamian societies which were located in what is now present day Iraq.

I think The Temple Of Purgation would fit more in The Forsaken Boneyard. It doesn't really make sense in the Red Forest.

You don't need to be rude...

It'd be cool but I prefer night maps. Also, the ink stuff that's all over the place on Eyrie would probably be there which wouldn't really fit it, plus it'd make life for Trapper mains even harder. I agree that it being in the red forest isn't ideal though.

I see your point here with the ink but I think you could just say it's entity goo which with plague being the killer most devout to it and ready to do what it says it would make sense being in the realm with the strongest entity presence in the map.
The day map stuff yeah I get a lot of people don't like that for a lot of reasons and that's valid, I can't really tell anyone their preference is wrong.

To be fair daylight maps look really good, but I feel like they lose a lot of their charm in exchange. Night maps just add a little more character and put me on edge more imo.

we need more night/dark maps.

It would make more sense from a lore/locale perspective, however I personally prefer Temple staying in the gloomy forest.
I don't like the daylight maps in general due to how difficult it is for me to see red/yellow auras on them. I don't really want more of them.
TBH, I'm also hoping the reworks won't change much (if anything) about Temple. It's one of the few maps I actually still enjoy as both roles in spite of its size.

While I agree the Plague's elements do not fit in the Red Forest, you cant just slap it down in the Chilean desert and call it a day.
Killers sharing a realm made sense from a business perspective, but it sure makes for a conflicted map experience.
BHVR pushed me to the edge with Clown's Stuff at Father Campbell's Chapel.
BHVR threw me into a deep depression with Plague's Temple in the Red Forest.

It wasn't a desert at the time. The climate has changed.

Neither was it a pine forest. It deserves it's own realm.

Yes, please.

As a Plague and artist main I think thats literally a dream come true but otherwise it is a cool idea. It would fit better in the forsaken boneyard for sure. Honestly i think plague deserved her own realm completely.
