Even so the rage still fills up over time even without blood, also Kazan has actual military tactics, real life combat experience, superior strength and he had some connections to temples and some knowledge of the supernatural should spirit need an exorcism, Also let's not forget that it took about a dozen farmers to take him down.
In a match against one another either outside the entity's realm or inside the realm where they are both powered by the entity, Spirit would still lose in the end regardless, only difference is that it would just be a closer match because of her phasing.
