Where Did The Condemned Go?

I have now encountered something twice, and I cannot explain it.


A Survivor gets maximum Condemnation. They get the red oreo of death. Then, as they are in chase they LOSE the Condemnation somehow, and upon hitting the ground can no longer be hit with Inexorable Stare.


Let me make this next point very clear: no video tape was inserted during this time.


I thought the tape was the ONLY way to remove Condemnation? How in the world are people weaseling out of this mechanic without inserting a tape into a TV?

    I've noticed this in 2 matches and felt confused.

    My only advice would be to record the clips if possible and review them to either improve or notice what really happened.
