I was expecting an edited version or something, but that's just a straight up different mori; and a pretty damn good one, too.

Nice, very much overkill though,the 2 Kanabo hits would just mash that body. A 3rd into the head would have been just wow.

That's really cool. I knew this game had it in them to do different Mori animations than just stock.
I wonder why it's different though? Pulling out the tongue is a way to keep the dead from talking to the living. That's why Kazan pulls the tongue out, to stop people from calling him an Oni.
Japan is the one place where his Mori would be culturally understood and they changed it. It's good don't get me wrong, but it's something to ponder.

Nah. This version is made by NetEase, not BHVR. It's probably why the game is much more optimized on that version

Only the Asian version of the game? Other DBD Mobile versions have the other mori? That's weird. I'd have to wonder what would prompt only the Asian version to get a new mori. It's not like it's less violent or something, so I doubt censorship would be the reason.

the asian version is made by another company, which is not a BHVR team, to no one's surprise, it has exclusive skins, features that not even the pc version has and is better optimized

The Asian version only just added Oni I believe. So there is a different Mori to switch things up. I honestly can't wait until they release it globally so I can play. On normal DBDM we haven't had an update in over a month. Still can't wait for reworked coldwind though.

There isn't, it's just a different Mori because this version aspires to be better. It's also why they are developing Killers that are not on this version of DBD to be on the Asian version.

I prefer the original. Pulling the tongue and mashing is a level of brutality that.. is.. just.. so opposite of wholeness. Negawholesome. Negasome.
