New Killer: The Count (Nosferatu Inspired Killer)
Name: Unknown
Other Game Aliases: “The Vampire” “The Death-Bird” “The Aristocrat”
Nationality/Ethnicity: unknown, likely Transylvanian
Realm: Bloodspire Manor: a large indoor map with a massacre within the Ballroom
Design: Long black coat, gangly form, ghoulish face, bat-like teeth, red eyes.
Weapon: Ceremonial sword (kilij)
Description: A vampiric killer with a twisted history of mystic secrets and bloody crimes. Those that knew of his misdeeds suspected him an ordinary cannibal. They were wrong.
The Count’s personal perks Autophagy, Presence, and HEX: Necromancy allow the Count to gain insight on his prey and utilize their suffering to his advantage.
Hematophagy: The size of Pools of Blood left by injured survivors are increased 100%. Standing on an enlarged pool of Blood for 4 seconds highlights the survivor who left it with Killer Instinct. This perk has a cooldown of 70/60/50 seconds.
Presence: Your supernatural charisma is capable of twisting the minds of the weak. Survivors who attempt to heal themselves or others when within your terror radius will scream and reveal their location. This perk increases your terror radius by 0.5/1/1.5 meters per injured survivor.
HEX: Necromancy: You understand death isn’t the end better than anyone. For each survivor killed or sacrificed this match, their soul will be trapped inside a HEX Totem. If a survivor is within 6 meters of a HEX: Necromancy Totem, that Totem will scream, cursing the survivor for 10/12.5/15 seconds. Cursed survivors are applied the Incapacitated status effect.
Power: Domination - All crows in the trial are replaced with Bats. Press and hold the Active Ability Button to beckon bats within your terror radius up to a max of 12 bats. Press and hold the active ability button when facing a vault within 18 meters of your line of sight to close off the vault costing 2 bats. When facing a thrown pallet, press and hold the active ability button to dispense 6 bats to destroy the pallet at a distance of 18 meters. Only one of these things can be done at a time.
Secondary power: Flaywind – Press the secondary action button to grab and feed on a survivor's blood for 6 seconds charging the power gauge by 20%. When the power gauge is full, press and hold the Secondary Action Button on a targeted survivor within 18 meters of your line of sight to apply the Incapacitated & Disoriented status effect for 15 seconds. Feeding on injured survivors grants 10% more power.
Status Effect: Disoriented – Afflicted survivors have their directional inputs inverted.
Very Rare Add-Ons:
Red Goblet: A refined cup for “wine”. Flaywind can be done twice in a row before needing more blood.
Iridescent Sword: Hurting Survivors immediately grants 27% blood power for Flaywind. Removes the ability to feed on survivors.

I could not find a link to the original artist for the sample image. Once I do, I will leave a link to them and their work unless someone else can find them sooner than me.

A vampire would be super cool original or licensed the master from buffy would be super fun

Thinking on it again I screwed up with the naming of the first perk "autophagy". It was meant to be named "Hematophagy" which means blood consumption, the word "autophagy" means cell degradation. I just messed up there cause I'm dumb and can't edit it so yeah, whoops.

This is pretty darn epic. I feel like the power is a very neat idea. Presence seems like a weaker Nurses Calling. Hex Necromancy seems good, but the incapacitated effect would have to have a reasonable duration not to be OP. Hematophagy is quite interesting! Best Vampire build I've seen yet so far! Good job! Would claws be a better weapon for a Nosferatu style killer?
