What happened this chapter? ππ
How did the devs screw so many things up in 1 chapter? Brings me back memories when the Resident Evil chapter first came to DBD when these bugs also happened π
What are you thoughts on this? Do you find this funny or are you upset/mad that the devs canβt make 1 properly chapter without bugs/exploits?

The game alone as a whole upsets me, not just select things.

I think the recent updates actually have shown some improvement over RE or Twins chapter. And at least the major problems can be killswitched.
these -especially the Wake Up! Bug- should still not get overseen thoughβ¦

Omw do not get me started on Binding of Kin I still wake up in a cold sweat from that

The programming team couldn't get more than two zombies to navigate around the game's maps without crashing the whole thing. They settled on two and even THOSE get caught up on invisible geometry or something all the time.
Is it any surprise that game-breaking bugs are constantly being introduced, even in things that ostensibly were not actually touched in that patch?

This whole game is just a giant bug in disguise

Thereβs just too much code for a game that wasnβt meant to have so much. No matter how many fixes they do something will always break again

This chapter was honestly a bit of a fart compared to the Artist patch (which was really encouraging to me).
Bugs and exploits aside, Sadako clearly needed more time in the oven - she feels like a mishmash of ideas, none executed especially well.

Over time, the game has come a long way. The issues of the last chapter fixed in less than a week. There really is no comparison to 4 or 5 years ago.

It's perfectly normal for dlc to be released and random things break. Well, normal for DBD.

This chapter is honestly really tame in comparision to the π©show that was the Resident Evil Update

I've been here since Legion's release, and considering none of the bugs/exploits of this chapter have been as bad as some of the past issues we've seen (Or at least have been heavily mitigated due to kill switch and relatively fast fix times compared to normal), I find it more humorous than anything. Sure, the whole OoO+Blood Pact thing sucks for the small period it was active, but I don't think it holds a candle to things like the old Legion mend issue or the old Wake Up! bug.

This patch is not bad. Itβs not the worst that goes to Legion, Twins and Resident Evil.

What are you referring to? There were issue but it was pretty mild considering what happened in the past.

How about being on console when RE nuked us all?

Still not as bad as Binding of Kin and I was playing with a tower fan in the side of my computer

This is really a standard DBD patch.

Blight's chapter caused all Xbox1x machines like mine (just 1x vetsions) to insta-overheat and shut down. Wasn't fixed till the following patch.
We really roll the dice and challenge the ouji board with each update! ;)

Should've just taken the side off and stuck a tower fan there

They released worse patches in the past.

Ya crack open an Xbox for any reason and Microsoft will never ever work on it, even if you try to pay them to do it, nor will most stores. Basically disowned.

Idk sounds like a you problem maybe if you were better at hockey ππ»

Could be the outdated gaming chair. It doesn't like the black boxes at the top and bottem...

I'm still upset that the game still freezes when survivors unhook each other or when deadhard is used as a killer on PS4.
Also still upset that the game still doesn't have proper controllers settings especially when the base joystick deadzone is way too high.
