Leon and Jill cosmetics?

Hello everyone! Im just here to ask a quick question. So Nemesis got an original skin, but leon and jill only have skins from other games besides their sweaters. Did the devs ever mention if they will ever make original skins for Leon and Jill or will they only be getting cosmetics that appeared in other games?

Id also like to mention I believe legendary cosmetics should just become their own survivor once bought, because there is alot of cosmetics chris redfield could get. For example if you are playing as chris, you still automatically get leons perks but he is completely seperate from Leon otherwise
