Crashing and Getting DC Penalties

So recently I've been getting unreal engine crash errors; up until now it was merely frustrating, as it wasnt happening all the time, but enough to be a pain. Got an occasional 5 minute DC penalty, which was also frustrating, but it wouldn't happen enough for me to get another.

But now that's changed. Just got my second crash pretty soon after the first, and now I have the second stage of penalties - what, 10 or 15 minutes? Not sure, reloaded as soon as I could but not sure how much time had expired, and had never had this happen before.

This isn't fair. I'm not crashing because of anything I've done, and I shouldn't get penalized because the software isn't stable enough.

Is there anyone I can talk to about this? I mean, if their software isn't stable, not much to be done until its fixed, but I shouldn't be getting penalized for it either.

    I should note a friend of mine is telling me she is getting the same issue from time to time.

    Additionally sometimes I'm getting an easy anticheat error that I can only fix and be able to log in by rebooting my entire computer. Seriously, ######### is going on here?

    First off verify the install ive had your issue due to something becoming corrupted from a patch which happens from time to time. I think Easy ac is dcing you because of it. A reboot can help too

    I was complaining about this yesterday. It's been since this new patch hit it seems a week or so ago? Was stable before. Now it's just seeming to crash multiple times in a day. Yesterday had one game, was fun. Next game was a crash, and got a 30 minute penalty. That was after waiting 48 hours hoping for the 15 min ban time to go back to just 5 minutes. But it didn't reset at all.

    That was my gripe. I'm okay with crashing happening, it's just a part of games working out kinks. But we need to know when the reset occur or just completely reset it after 24 hours. If you are crashing(which counts as a DC) multiple times in a day. Okay. But at least you can wait it out without the fear of it just increasing due to wanting to play the game.
