14 games, 10 DCs/rage quits
Guess my mmr should lower because my team is quitting right? How dare I be so bad I nearly double pip as iri 1 but cant escape...
Seriously these killers arent even that good, they just have an easy 3v1 and I'm getting punished both in rank and fun.
I dont wanna lose MMR, I don't want to verse new players or be stuck in the bottom skill bracket. My fun is against good killers, at this point I'm looking like a alt account running killers for minutes every game :/

At low mmr its very easy to run the killer whole game, most then die because want to stay at low mmr

Yeah if your goalie quits the hockey game, it automatically makes you and the rest of the team bad.

I feel like iv gone from the soft cap down to new players at this point... but its physically not possible to escape with the players I'm getting or in a 3v1.
People are giving up verse legion... LEGION... it's so depressing at this point that my mmr is tanking because I'm versing newer killers and the game expects me to do all gens, chases and escape :(

I think the devs said they’re doing something for MMR regarding DCs but knowing BHVR I wouldn’t take it seriously until it’s actually implemented and is proven to work properly.

By the time that happens I'll be the lowest possible 😂 it's just frustrating knowing I'm losing just because people are walking round the edge of the map avoiding gens or I get DCs early game so winning is near impossible

Your mmr may is not low, you don't know. MMR is weird for me anyway. I have garbage teammates sometimes after so many wins. And after couple wins i can get some new survivors. MMR is just not working.
And it makes solo-q worse.

It is. After many wins your escape rate goes up - the MMR aims for 50% wins and escapes.
So you have to lose some games after a win streak. Good way to do this is give you bad teammates.
THat is at least my feeling. Because i have the same.
If i escpae some games in a row i get a god killer or worse teammates. As killer i can dominate some games and the get some death squads.

I swear it's like the DC penalty is off except it isn't. I've also seen way more ragequits/DCs lately.

I had about 80% escape rate at one point but dropped to about 72% after a bad morning but the past 2 days iv escaped like 2/36 or so...
Like the killers arent that amazing and my team is even worse. Like I'm losing to no gen defense killers when I'm doing chases for minutes each chase.
I'm so glad iv got a new game coming out tomorrow, this is why I cant enjoy DBD much, the bad ranking and DCs ruin it for me

I still don't understand why the gave up on the emblem system (had its flaws but incentivized all aspects of play) to use this black and white system "escape gud and kill gud, everything else bad"

Me either, all they had to do was tweak it and have a people reset further back like before the change or just remove safety pips...
I honestly miss the old system so much, I was never punished unless I was face camped which was actually so rare unlike now where its actually more common for me

2nd to die -10 mmr rating
3rd to die -8 mmr rating
4th to die -5 mmr rating
timing also play a roll the faster the better - rating you can get.
