It doesn't make sense for legion to lose power on a normal M1 attack.
Title. Legion is by no means a great or terrible killer. But it baffles me why they get a penalty for just basic m1ing a survivor.

I agree, this should be changed. As well as a bunch of other things. Legion needs attention, they're painful to play at the moment.

No, I absolutely am a 4 second-stun enjoyer.
I personally quit Deathslinger after they gave him a 3-second stun on his LETHAL RANGED power. I can't believe BHVR would do something like that.

It was one of the many nerfs they got all at once, and especially with how their power works now, makes no sense.
Why does it matter if you use your power after you just hit someone? Your power can't down so at worst you can deep-wound an already injured person.

She can not be worst killer while we have Trapper and Myers in game. Maybe she is weaker killer after them

I disagree. Legion can take first hit so easyly. Trapper and Myers can not do this. Myers have to stalk survivors and maybe his power will give him 1 or 2 hooks. Trapper will trap at early game (he will lose 3 gens for this) and may he will not get value from traps.
Legion is much better than them.

PIG
She has guaranteed slowdown with her traps. How much is up to RNG, but it can range from okay to very good. She does have anti-loop (it's really bad) and she has stealth, which is situational. Her add-ons are also pretty good.
MYERS
Myers has stealth, a faster vault and instant downs in his basekit. Instant downs aren't as good as they once were, but they aren't anything to scoff at. His longer lunge gives him extra lethality and his quick vault makes some loops very unsafe. Ultimately though, his add-ons save him from being anywhere near the worst. He has Tombstone Piece, J. Myers Memorial, Fragrant Tuft of Hair, Hairbow ect ect to work with. He's bad, but he's not the worst.
LEGION
Legion has no lethality. Their power cannot down people. They have so little slowdown it may as well not exist. 12 seconds to Mend while being in no danger of going down is ludicrously bad. They are purely an M1 Killer when it comes to getting downs as they have no anti-loop. They have no stealth. They have no instant downs. Most of the damage they inflict by chaining Frenzy hits together can be undone by a single Boon: Circle of Healing being brought into the Trial. Not to mention, Feral Frenzy spreads Survivors out and encourages them to work on separate gens, which is the WORST case scenario for ANY Killer. Likewise, they eat a 4 second stun after daring to use their non-lethal power. Couple this with horrible add-ons; Frank's Mixtape, Stab Wound Study, Fuming Mixtape, Suzie's Mixtape, Julie's Mixtape, Never-Sleep Pills and Friendship Bracelet are all functionally useless.
Add all those things together and you get the worst Killer in the game.

Oh, of course. Legion can get the first hit and watch as every Survivor heals to full with Circle of Healing.
Trapper and Myers are leagues better based off of their add-ons alone. Not to mention both of their snowball potential. Trapper's 3-gen's are a nightmare to push through and Myers only needs one good Tier III to win a game.
Can one good Feral Frenzy every win you a close game? No, because it can't get you any pressure.

Myers need to stalk survivors for insta-down and his stalk is pretty slow. Legion can hit survivors with frenzy and then she can insta-down them.
Trapper is so meh. People still can jump windows you trapped. Dead Hard is works against traps. Plus survivors are destroying your traps and then you have to put them again.
They all bad killers but Legion is stronger. At least i am better with Legion.

Yeah bit first hits are crap you need to down them and hook em.Trapper on the other hand as all traps killers when he have a terrain filled with traps you are dead.

Myers is the worst killer imho. At least legion can get stuck-in right away as opposed to crawling around the map wasting stalk trying to become a basic m1 killer.

Wanna know something that makes even less sense?
They've added that.
Meaning. At some point. Someone. Was like "Legions attacks should increase the cooldown on their power". Following a room be like. "Yeah! That's a great idea!"
Then they clapped, shook hands, and continued to make balance changes to your favorite game.

Legion is fine. You don't notice his basic draining power until you get good with him. Even then, its doesn't interrupt your chase potential. His power isn't lethal and that's fine. However, some of his drawbacks seem silly now compared to other killers.

Well, Legion does have decent mobility and tracking that neither Trapper nor Meyers have in their base kit which is valuable. And Trapper is pretty much just a basic killer if the survivors are strong enough to just avoid traps altogether (in fact in some ways he’s worse than a basic killer initially since he has to spend time setting up traps versus going out and immediately pressuring survivors from the outset). I probably would rate Trapper below Legion, and maybe Meyers too though taking his add-ons into account Meyers might be stronger.
Also for whatever it’s worth Otz has Meyers as the worst killer on his newest tier list this week and has Legion a little higher up (he thinks people underestimate Legion). Agree or not he does at least go into a lot of detail on exactly what he likes and doesn’t like about all the killers.

Myers way better than legion, Myers can just run monitor and abuse with the dead rabbit addon sneak up and instant pop tier 3 for a free down.
