Freddy. Everything he has is worthless like "hear louder footsteps when they're asleep," "haemmorhage," "blindness." They were so scared of him being too strong that there's not a single add on outside of dream pallets that I find worth bringing.

Nemesis? I mean the increased Zombie movement speed is kind of good, but really doesn't make that big of an impact.

Her Iridescent to switch TVs back on is great. Spreading Condemned through healing is too, and most of her add ons at least provide some useful stat change to her. Freddy's are all memes.

Bubba’s is pretty bad. If they dont extend his chainsaw sweep (not many that do), theyre kind of useless.

Freddy has literally nothing, almost all of Nemmy's addons have the potential to bring no value in any given match, and Pyramid Head has range addons but that's it.

Overall, Freddy or PH. A ton of killer suffer from a lack of actually useful add ons though. The whole system is a problem and needs a rework. I'm realistically only going to run 4 or 5 add ons on Nurse, but I have to spend BP on entire bloodwebs. So the cost of the add ons I actually use is more like 20k each. It's a really dumb system.

Hillbilly’s add-ons are nearly all trash. I stopped playing him because of how badly his add-ons got nerfed. PH’s range add-ons are really good and always help me get hits I wouldn’t have been able to get without them. But I agree PH’s other add-ons are pretty useless, especially the iri ones.

I don’t play Trapper, but man Wraith? I think he has some of the best add-ons in the game. Silent bell and wall hack combo is just nasty. Speed and uncloaking add-ons are great too.

Hilbilly. His addons are for incredibly specific scenarios. Like, "you can charge up faster, but only if you've been hit by a pallet" and "your chainsaw cools down faster, but only if a flashlight is on you". Why were these addons made?

I would have said Pig previously, but the buff to Amanda's Letter did help elevate her add-ons A LITTLE. She still has way too many garbage-tier add-ons, though, and Amanda's Secret is still in the running for weakest non-meme (as in it's not deliberately designed to be hard mode) Killer add-on IMO.

It might be a difference in MMR, but being exposed doesn't matter when their injured, and again as much as the zombie movement speed increase is nice, it's still not making a huge impact and easily counterable. Though I will throw you a bone. Licker Tongue just doesn't make sense and needs a buff, does survivors even get a Hindered effect when getting hit by the tentacle, and why does this add-on only increase that by 0.2 seconds? Buff it so it actually feels impactful.
Freddy's teleport add-ons are really good. Those few seconds are game changing, and you can put a lot of pressure on survivors with them.

There's only 1 Add-on that takes away from his Portal amount and there's like 3 Add-ons that increase his stealth. That's barely anything

Freddy. Pallets are probably his most useful addon and it's not technically better than snares. The effect of the teleport addons is really minor and paintbrush doesn't really do anything since dream world itself does nothing to sleeping survivors.
At least other killers with bad addons have a couple that actually do something useful that people run. Like PH has range and Ghostface has power cd.

Definitely pyramid head. 2 mid rarity addons... That might as well not use because when you don't have them it will mess with your range perception.
I just got used and play him addonless and in the bloodweb I just focus on perks, moris, rotten branches and BP bonus. Fortunately he is so awesome he doesn't even need the addons to bully the survivors.

I can only see myself using Black Heart, Barb's Glasses, and Leprose Lichen. Everything else is situational, useless, or barely does anything. Lifeguard Whistle playing the killer instinct the whole game would get really annoying really quick.

Freddy for me. Unlike some killers I don't think Freddy has a single good add-on that I think "I should run this".
At least with someone like PH I always think "I need to run range add-ons".

Demogorgon has only a few good Add-ons that work on their own, I won't disagree with that. However, those Add-ons are amazing and better than most Add-ons that Freddy, Ghostface and Pyramid Head have

Freddy without a doubt. At least Pyramid Head has interesting addons even if they're functionally useless, Freddy has basically nothing useful and like one interestingly designed addon.

Oh same. I use range or 3 blink if I'm completely out of recharge. Sometimes I get ridiculously unlucky and go 3 or 4 bloodwebs without seeing a recharge add on

Pyramid Head, only two viable one is his ranged increases. Twins comes close after the nerf and addition of boons. At least half of Artists' add-ons too, unless you're into blind and oblivious when a target is already swarmed and knows you're coming, her iridescents too...

Mostly since addons are more situational or do hardly anything. The ones that actually are good is the ones that increase the power.
Would say Ghostface but seems his addons are being reworked in a better way.

Hemmorage might be a great addon since it´s stuck on Tormented but except the range addon he´s got the worse addon kit.

Hillbilly, followed by Pyramid Head and Twins. Hillbilly's addons are mostly garbage and involve specific scenarios to actually work, Pyramid Head's addons are boring and useless, and Twins addons are useless and do nothing.
Honorable mentions go to Nemesis and Freddy because their addons are extremely boring and do little to nothing.
