Hemorrhage has buffed some perks
With the new hemorrhage change. Now survivors can’t 99 heals anymore they have to heal now. Some perks are going to be different now cause of this change. But one perk no 2 we’re indirectly buffed cause of this change.
Gift of Pain and Blood Echo. These 2 perks were not very good but cause of the new hemorrhage it’s a lot better now.
Gift of pain actually is threatening now cause of hemorrhage removing your progress.
Blood echo now atleast does something other then being No dead hard for 45 seconds.
cant wait to test these on PTB

Sloppy Butcher should be better now too- the pairing of "slower heals and more blood pools" was kind of underwhelming, but the pairing of "slower heals and heal regression" should be a lot more threatening if you're able to interrupt those heals.

Hemorrage change is good but because healing sppeds are still so fast how many are you gonna be able to interrupt.

if people are in the COH range there is a chance to get them off. This mainly counters Med kits cause it’s ######### stupid how I would find someone they 99 there heal and can heal up with no consequence. This will make it better. Maybe not but atleast some perks like I said will be a bit better

Vigil might actually be better now since there are odd ons for killers that cause temporary hemorrhaging.

The issue with the haemmorhage change (which is a great change) is that it buffs a lot of stuff passively, but I'm not seeing anything significant enough that I would start using it because it has haemmorhage.
The biggest change I see is that Freddy now has a handful of add ons that do something.

It will be interesting to see how it plays out and whether or not it increases some perk usage that's for sure. I think it can definitely affect things like the 99 heal (which I must admit I do myself due to Resilience/Spine Chill combo's), that's not something I see a lot of players use though...so not sure it will change too much

I'm that kind of player that was doing that in order to get value from resilience even if my timing was bad for full heal.

me too...having to stop other survivors from healing me was the most difficult part about it lol

I really like the change.
It's not overbearing and provides utility to some lesser known perks/add-ons while slowing the game down naturally (if survivors opt to heal).
Assuming CoH gets sorted sometime soon, the game will be moving in a pretty ok direction (I also like the Legion/Ghost Face changes....though I am worried how the bad the proposed 'icon' system would hurt killers like Ghost Face/Myers that rely heavily on stealth).

Yeah id have my heal 99d and survivors are just chasing me trying to heal me or when i unhook another survivor they try to heal me first. Im just like "no touchy!" I wish it was kinda easier to convey why you don't wanna be healed.

I definitely think it's a positive change for sure.

Sloppy and Nurses on any killer with a 24m TR and/or Nurse I'm very excited for.

Impossible healing Doctor on midwich soon? Kappa

It’s not that uncommon for me to see survivors healing a tiny amount mid chase after a pallet stun or whatever.

Its a rather elegant method to deal with healing. How often have you been forced to stop a heal and move away from the killer. If anything it adds presure to heal making nurses calling potentially very good. This change really does buff a whole heap of killer add ons and its got potential to mess with healing in a way that might get survivors to commit more perks to get around anti heal.

I feel like CoH is gonna make the change dead in the water. It doesn't really matter if healing regresses if they heal in 10 seconds so you can't realistically interrupt them.
Here's hoping though.

While it is a buff, Hemorrhage is still gonna be the weakest status effect. Outside of 99ing a heal for Resilience, this doesnt really do a lot of anything and wont make any sort of a difference in most real games. Interupting healing doesnt happen -that- often, and if you do interrupt them and end up downing them anyway, Hemo has done nothing.
It does mean Pinhead's Scourge Hook counters Resurgence though, both perks no one uses :p

Beat me to it. I am excited to start using Nurses again.

I love it,this is such an amazing change,it will hurt the healing meta too, amazing.

This will strengthen the return-to-hook playstyle a lot for sure.

rip resilience build, keep nerfing survivors devs 👍️

I'll miss the additional blood pools, to be honest. I'm rather bad at tracking and find them helpful. Interesting change though.

I hope they keep the blood pools because that makes even more sense with that new effects. Blood disappears fast anyways

"with the new Hemorrhage changes, surely no one will heal under the hook! The killer will never expect it!"
