Buffy The Vampire Slayer Is the anniversary chapter ? !
It's BTVS 25TH anniversary they keep giving out 25k codes for bp. Cote recently got a dog and named It Buffy. These might be totally random but It would make a super cool chapter. It paved the way for horror television (stranger things, the vampire diaries etc), and is one of the most popular horror pop culture topics of all time. It also has a huge fan base of all ages. Our parents watched it ,and twitter is full of fancams of it. It would be a really smart choice for a chapter ,and super nostalgic for people that grew up with it. It has a huge queer and nerd following thats literally 85% of dbd.

I haven't seen it and don't even know what it is tbh but I just really like the original chapters. Also because we can't lose a original chapter but we can lose a licensed chapter (Stranger Things). I also feel like the devs can do more with original chapters, I love licensed chapters but for the 6th anniversary I just hope they have a non licensed chapter with a lot of content.

I don't really care what they add tbh, as long as it's fun I'm okay with almost everything. I just never want to lose a chapter again. I still hope DBD and Stranger Things will collaborate again. Even tho Hawkins wasn't my favorite map I still miss it and want it back. Losing content is one of the worst things that can happen in my opinion.

Never watched Buffy, saw the movie and it was ok I think? (It was decades ago now 🤷♂️) So wouldn’t mean anything to me personally, but I get that it’s popular.

Original chapter does not make money so much, plus they does not make people to back game.
Last 2 original killers were Trickster and Artist. Both were so boring. And people stopped play them.
But i am still seeing enough Nemesis and Pinhead. Sadako is new, so we will see her numbers after month but for now she is popular too.

Her cosmetics would be so good I thought about what her perks might be too she's strong so she could maybe break breakable walls, make a stake out of broken pallets to use once per trial on the killer carrying a teammate kinda like flashbang but wood , and a counter to body camping maybe she could carry a downed survivor for like 3 seconds to a safer spot.

Yeah, it’s a little like Stargate that way. The shows are good, the original movie not so much.

Buffy is just Teeny-Drama the Soft-Horror-Show. Its full of inconsistencys, logical plotholes, but does have likeable Characters. While Buffy is definitly the Power role in this show, and thus would fit into DBD, in my opinion you could then as well take the Count from Sesame Street, since he is a Vampire, too.

It would be nice, especially if Willow was a survivor and got to use spells (not boons). Unfortunately, with the drama around Joss Whedon, I doubt the devs would pursue it any time soon.

people have wanted a vampire and this would be a great license for one. Maybe Buffy will be a paragraph and a vampire will be an original? You know how some survivors have perks that can counteract their respective killer's perks? (I.E. Freddy has remember me and Quentin has wake up) what if we get a new chapter, map and survivor and then like a month later we get Buffy and she has perks that will just massively screw over one or more of their's? Wouldn't that be epic?

SMG Buffy I havent seen the movie the show was so good

I used to think the show was really good but I recently rewatched it and it would have been better if they ended it when she died so Dawn wouldn't have to. It's still in my top 10, maybe 5, shows though. The writers were good and the characters were great, just felt a little repetitive. I loved Anya the most and I hated how they killed her off.

They did tease Dracula and his castle so fingers crossed we get maybe a hybrid chapter with an OG Killer and Buffy

I actually really enjoyed the Dark Willow arc. I just think it should have happened sooner. It could have replaced the Riley and army arc.

It has a lot of potential to be one of the best chapters If it comes to dbd the perks on both sides would be good the aesthetic would be cool and the map could be the highschool the town the college tons of potential
