Now that CoH is getting nerfed again...
Self Care is going to make a come back. You're literally going to be able to heal yourself at the same speed as Self Care so why not just bring Self Care and skip the totem hunting? Like seriously. C'mon BHVR.

Realistically, this nerf won't kill CoH.
It will still be meta, especially for SWF. Since it allows 3 out of 4 survivors to benefit from a self heal, without dedicating a perk to it.

Why use self care when you can get more out of a beefy medkit + built to last?

No it wont,coh is still so much better than self care,self care makes you heal at 50% speed,coh makes you heal 50% faster,there's a huge difference,also the fact everyone in your team can benefit from it and you can also heal others 50% faster.

It's not self care speed, it's like 0.75% total (if self care is 50) because its 50% of 50% speed so a total of 16+8 or 24 second self heal (+14 to bless ofc)

CoH is still far better then Self-care given that you don't need to run the perk so for 3 out of the 4 survivors its a free faster Self-care.
Plus its still faster then Self-care if you heal yourself twice at it.
Remember the new hemorrhage buff is going to hurt Selfcare more then CoH due to healing being interrupted matters more for slower heal then faster healing.

Because SWF still benefits hard from it. The self-heal speed is fine but the speed boost to healing others will still be a problem when SWF can coordinate heals so easily.

Coh will just benefit swf's because they can get their heals in groups and faster.
Solos should just drop it honestly.

They're nerfing the part of the perk which isn't even overpowered, the ability to do it over and over despite being snuffed out a billion times it can be used again is the overpowered part.
It could have 100% speed before I care just give the ability to destroy totems after snuffing it.

And here it is, someone still complaining about a perk thats been nerfed two damn times. lmao. trust me man, the healing speed was definitely the more powerful part of it, you do realise it takes like a million years to set up a boon and killer just snuff it in 1 microsecond?

If they buffed it to 100% heal speed and made it a one time use it would be balanced.

Will it really? The new CoH will still be 20-24 seconds making it plenty faster than self-care and CoH can still be boosted by medkits and other healings perks. Those reasons alone still make it a better perk than Self-care even if it does have an initial set up time.

Yep. The real issue is the gigantic radius it covers and the 5th perk potential for every other person. It's still pretty strong...

Why? CoH gives three other survivors a fifth perk, gives the killer an extra objective, and can work in tandem with other Boon perks. Anybody who thinks Self Care is a better alternative is trolling.
