I want to see another original chapter based on Asia folklore aside from Japanese
Actually, I wanted a chapter based on Indonesian folklore. It would definitely look very good seeing the many diversity of folklore or mysteries originating from Indonesia.
Just imagine if something like Genderuwo, Djin, and even the ghost of the Headless Pastor could appear in the game with their unique powers based on folklore that has been spread by word of mouth.

Nah, I prefer just Japanese, please. We already have a Kpop killer. That is enough diversity.

Anything that related to Indonesian, because they have a unique myth stories that are come from every places in Indonesia

Well, arguably, Ji-Woon and Yun-Jin are inspired by the traditional tale of The Masterpiece which, while not based off of any folklore, is a cautionary tale about not obsessing with perfection.
Out of the top of my mind, I can only think of Rangda from the Indonesian mythos that could possibly work as a Killer in DBD. Chinese, Korean and Japanese lore often overlap that they have pretty similar monsters and fantastic creatures though each with their own peculiarities. I think that is why they've strived away from doing anything overly specific and only focused on ghosts.

We have so many Asian ones, while that's cool I'd still like world wide coverage.
Germany, russia, hell you could also get tribe lore. They have some pretty interesting takes and beliefs of things

It could be fit though, but what about Indonesian shaman which basically an evil witch who can transfer dark magic to people. Of course this action was not carried out by the shaman himself, but an order from someone who wanted the other person to die or be tormented by the dark magic.

I just wish we could have some native characters or anything, there are some really cool folklore stories from all around the world
