And yes, her skill ceiling is high. Indeed if you only talk about having the muscle memory to blink properly, yes, the skill ceiling is high, but not that high.
But taking the decision where to blink, fake a direction, making predictions, ... All of this is the true High Skill Ceiling big streamers are talking about.
When you're versing people that know how to play vs a competent Nurse, the gameplay is completely different and fair for the both sides.

They just want easy games when they can hold W, camp pallets and rush gens.

-We can mostly agree for the most part what Blight needs is a huge addon pass and nerf to plenty of them, some could actually get a rework entirelly... like his Alchemist Ring and Compound 33, his new 7 token vial, we can discuss about combining both speed addons aswell, imo separately are not broken at all.
-Nurse is a different topic, for the most part most people agree how unfun she is to go against considering how little to none counterplay she has, in fact she has 0 counterplay if she can see you and u dont have anything to use to cover wich happens A LOT in open maps or more open maps wich are the majority... her addons just make the experience worse we can all agree with it.... so i think we can start by tuning down her addons, distance, recharge, 3 blinks... imo to begin with is enough to see the differences and if its enough.

Blight can be really strong right now but you need to face a Blight that's being played by a capable user or else it will be as bad as bad nurses....

for the most part people are not talking about the bad ones... ofc talking about the good ones, because the same argument of a bad playercan be done with every single killer in the game even the ones wich complexity or skill curve isnt hard.
