If Slenderman was going to be a Chapter killer, what kind of Hybrid would he be?
Slenderman would have powers plucked from Myers, Sadako, and Doctor.
For Sadako it would be the teleportation and the passive undetectable status but also maybe the Mori. Collect pages so you won't lose sanity and become killable.
For Myers it would be the stalk mechanic. Won't expose them but will leave them with status effects or something like harder skill checks.
Doctor would be the madness since Slender sickness does that.
Basically, Slenderman would be able to teleport, Stalk survivors to leave an effect on them, have pages which involve a mori, and madness meter to represent losing one self to the Slenderman which a survivor has to collect a page, and having undetectable status at certain times to have the upper advantage.
Also maybe a token system that can affect Flashlights and Generators.

I like the idea of a killer than hampers the survivors when they look at them somehow. I think that's fitting for slendyman.

Would be neat if it was a token mechanic or some way to give them a status effect if they look at Slenderman.

Totally agree with you on that. His lore is so awesome and would just be so fun to make as a Killer. Since you've pretty much summed up what he would be, who do you think the Survivor would be? I think it would either be an original Survivor based on an alternate version of the first game's female protagonist OR if they got the rights to The Arrival, it would be Kate Millens or Lauren. I don't think it would be CR purely because female protagonists are a staple of the Slender games.
Despite their lack of characterisation, Lauren's devotion to her best friend and her detective skills would bring her some good perks. Not to mention the two games have VERY similar mechanics in one level, Into The Abyss, where you have to activate 6 generators and blind a proxy killer while avoiding Slender himself, then escape via the emergency escape lift.

Hopefully he'd bring something new. Tru3's idea for him is surface level, but it's basically that if you are looking at him while he's chasing you, he moves faster. I don't know how the community will react to a passively strengthening killer power like that, but it seems like a fine idea to me.

Tbh think would be all 3 survivors from arrival but have 1 as default and others as skins or CR and Lauren as duo survivors and Kate as a skin for Lauren.
Also pretty sure Kate is the proxy.

Also we need a new killer that can scare people.....only have like Ghostface, Myers, and maybe Sadako.

Yes, bring in more scary killers! I like the idea of a killer you shouldn't look at, it just adds another level to the game. Killers have their own strategies in how they work, having one where you shouldn't look at them is such a different experience to literally every other one in the game.

How about something like a reverse ghostface where the more you look at him the more an exposed bar goes up. He'd also start with no terror radius but as you look at him more, the terror radius will expand to give you an idea of how exposed you are.
He'd have some kind of teleport and could have page collection as a secondary objective. You have to collect all 7 pages scattered around the map as a team in order to leave through the exit gates but as you collect more pages he'll gets minor buffs to his power. Shorter cool down on teleport, faster expose, etc. If you collect them all right away his power will be at it's strongest but if you wait, you won't be able to leave right away.
Hooking a survivor would make them lose a page so the team will have to collect it again and the killer won't be able to see the pages since they could just camp them.
Just something rough I came up with quick.

Slenderman is one of those killers that if done right would make matches feel like a real horror game. The feeling of not knowing if they are right near you while making sure not to make a single mistake, always have to make a correct guess or fail horribly.
Slenderman in a nutshell
With a couple tweeks this would be the most fun killer in the game.
Lot people in this community don't realize the enormous potential that Slenderman could offer if researched enough.
Teleportation, Madness, becomes more aggressive as the 8 pages are collected, machine/electronic failures, Master stealth, and alot more.
