They were all alive. This isn't icon bug so I don't know what happened there.

Any ideas?

    No idea really, it shouldnt even have spawned yet.... not even talking abuot opening

    2 gens = hatch appears. Key opens the hatch.

    Hatch doesnt appear with 4 survivors alive when only 2 gens are done.

    Also the one opening with the key instantly jumps in and seeing the survivors in bottom left thats not the case. This is a bug.

    Same thing happened me yesterday. 3 gens left, 2 survivors still alive and the hatch spawned and popped open.

    There's definitely a display bug when players escape through the hatch. So it's hard to tell what's gone on here.

    The status icons get bugged sometimes. I had a hooked person for over 10 minutes. I was like Man, the entity prolly fell asleep or something. So probably one of those guys escaped but it’s not showing
