What I need, want or things to be worked on for the 6th year
Title. So I'm excluding the killer and survivor, these are things I'm not all that hyped about however heres a list of things I hope is getting added or getting added soon
- A new map, one that isnt huge (been ages, and honestly could do with a few maps)
- Built in moris, never see these cool animations ever. Make them work after 2nd hook and count as hooks (to trigger pop etc.) And allow DS to counter it to avoid tunneling.
- Decreasing mmr, even if it's capped at a certain amount itd be nice to not be thrown in the deep end if you haven't played in ages or just haven't played a certain killer in ages.
- Addon overhauls, so many killers need this. I'd like them to be more interesting addons too, flashlight accuracy addons can be changed (even if it's just to change the beam colour)
- Less strict mmr, would be nice to verse more killers and as killer itd be nice to have fun. Also a wider range of perks would be nice to see.
- Updated perks, buff loads on both sides.
What are you looking forward to or are hoping to get added?
Side note: I'm not that excited for the actual chapter, survivor is just a skin and I hardly verse new killers or just most of the roster. And playing as the new killer is just usually stressful and unfun especially with shared mmr and the current meta.

Remove hook and give killer can instant kill survivor like friday 13 th.

i want to see major gameplay changes: whatever remained from the formerly early game collapse, hatch/moris were still talked about being integrated into the core gameplay iirc, make survivor gameplay more diverse/interactive outside of chases/less one animation at one spot for a long time, less frustrating killer gameplay, get those meta perks in line with other perks (don’t make some perks seem like you should use them to not play at a major disadvantage)
then we need more accessibility and QoL additions/changes (eg photosensitivity issues, disadvantage of controller players)
additionally: Grind reduction, additional prestige rewards, daily system rework

God damn I forgot to add the grind reduction in my post lol.
And sadly that early game collapse has been said itd never be a thing, personally just make corrupt tier 1 base and turn corrupt into a totem blocking perk.
I wouldn't say controller is at much of a disadvantage though except maybe blight? But even then it's all sensitivity which most controller players dont want mega high sensitivity

i just want better optimization, more balanced tiles distribution on the maps in general
and being allow to play in a custom match with just 1 customizable branless bot to try to learn a killer or map, etc.

New game mode. And new maps. Even a 8 vs. 2 killer game mode would freshen the game up.

They still said that some ideas from the early game collapse evolved into other ideas etc.
controller is overall at a disadvantage, sensitivity is just awful and should at least be adjustable for aiming vs normal gameplay, aim dressing takes away many valid hits for controller killers, some killers like Blight, Huntress and Nurse are way harder and have a higher skill floor and lower skill ceiling on controllers, deadzones should be adjustable in the settings etc pp

Oh I only heard that they dropped the idea, certainly wouldn't hurt killers to have something early game.
Well I mainly play on controller and while I get the deadzones etc. Would be nice most things just come down to sensitivity and I'm pretty sure most controller users (especially console) dont have high sensitivity.
And yeah I dont even get aim dressing at times, you do a straight lunge and if they do a perfect wiggle you do this weird short lunge lol
