No wrathful charm luck

Hi everyone, this is my first post on the forum and it’s regarding the wrathful well charm. I would like to say, I have not gotten the charm at all. And it sucks cause it’s really a cool charm and I see everyone else having it and every time I open DBD I get nothing.

For background context:

I’m on Xbox series s

I didn’t buy the dlc or any purchase the killer or Survivor or anything within the in-store game.

I played dbd ever since this new dlc dropped and still no charm so basically it’s been a month no charm.

Played Dbd since 2019 only on Xbox, I play basically daily.

I restarted the game many times and have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, still no charm.

I have played on online matches with the new killer and survivor many times. And I interact with the tvs (putting in and taking out tapes).

I have watch the first cutscene many times, full through, and then it takes me to the log in screen where you press the A button. Still no second cutscene.

I have read and seen that other console players have gotten the charm, and they did not purchase the DLC to get it Or any of the characters. so, idk what I’m doing wrong. It’s really annoying and I literally tried everything to get the charm.

Cam someone help or have the same experience to mine? @MandyTalk
