Why am I getting disconnected for being idle when I'm playing the game?

I have received this message a couple of time along with a swift disconnect penalty, 2 ticks of progression lost, my items gone, and no blood points. All for being idle, which I wasn't, and/or having another BHVR account active which I don't even have the mobile game so idk how it could think that. Any answers?

    This wouldn’t have anything to do with a mobile account as that one can’t be linked with other account.

    only Steam, Epic and Stadia can be linked currently, do you have 2 or more of those linked?

    otherwise I guess you could contact support so they can look into your account/logs and see what happened here:

    I used to have the ps4 version on my ps5 but since deleted it when I upgraded to the ps5 version. And I didn't have it on my old ps4. I submitted something to the support team so hopefully they know something. Thank you for the advice tho greatly appreciated!
