Still sad Victor didn’t get an octopus skin to go along with Charlotte but still hype!

I'm looking forward to it. I faced twins like 3-4 times when they came out and not a single time since then. They're stupidly weak. If they won't get any buff, it's just gonna be easy games

Why another sea based skin? Is there something from these characters lore that they were close by the sea, or sea-fairing?

Twins are strong but they are really clunky because they have a 2 sec delay when using their power, very similar to a Nurse after she blinks.
Instead, to make the Twins less clunky to play, the developers should
- Remove the "Nurse-vision-dimming" mechanic completely
- When you press the activate ability...
- You should be able to move the Twin you are changing-from for 2 seconds, instead of a 2 second long pause.
- Then immediately switch to the other Twin.
No "nurse-vision-dimming" and no 2 second long pause. The 2 second delay in switching Twins is still there, there just isn't that clunky feeling, as if you are trying to crank a beat-up Pinto on a cold winters morning.

The Twins aren't good and haven't been ever since CoH came out
The 2 seconds fatigue sucks, the DS whenever you down a Survivor is worse and actively forces the Twins to slug.

They are "The Twins" yet it seems only Charlotte deserves skins, while Victor is left behind as if he was not a killer and just filler like Nemesis' zombies.

To be fair, BHVR seems to have said that Victor (to them) is just a Killer Power, no different then a Huntress Hatchet. Hatchets never change. At least a year ago they seemed really clear they you do NOT call him a baby and you will NEVER get to dress him up~
Im disappointed with teaser pic of new outfit. Maybe I’ll like what I see later but this doesn’t look good to me, or fitting for the Lore. Maybe the Tome will recap some lost Lore when she was a ships captain LMAO. I wish they would help Twins, they are in such a sad place but have a very interesting Lore story.
