If CoH receives a further nerf.
If CoH gets another nerf, which I wouldn't put past happening in the future. What do you think that means for the future of the perk? as it would be pointless to run it if it got nerfed to 25%. What potential ways are their to nerf the perk without hurting it's main benefits? or do you believe that what it is currently going to be when the current nerf goes live? personally I think 50% is the lowest it can go without seriously hurting the perk severely. from my killer experience I don't see it as having much of an impact anymore compared to its original state when first released in patch 5.3.0, If it receives a further nerf after this current one I'd personally just delete the perk entirely as it would be useless and selfcare would be better. What thoughts and opinions does the community have on this topic?

If it gets nerfed to 25%, it's still faster than Self-Care, and more efficient aswell

In the sense of speed, yes it would still be faster but a couple seconds but on the off hand self care gives the 20% item efficienty for medkits which I think would scale it out to be the better choice.

CoH is also a Self-Care for the entire team, even if only 1 Survivor brings it, that is not worth snuffing if it's placed well, so CoH would still be better

oh dont worry its been rumbling for years that medkits are too strong so they'll be next on the chopping block

depends on the change, what if they removed the ability to selfcare but increase the healing speed?

First it would still be a fifth perk for every other survivor.
I believe that as long as boons cannot be broken, they'll always end up being too strong or nerfed to nothingness.

If you would think that perk is bad when it would be at 25%, then you don't fully understand how powerfull that perk is.

Killer mains telling me now that keys are balanced, and still very powerful due to aura reading addons , so yeah they are clueless.
Medkit the only worthwhile item to bring as survivor, anything else is total waste of bloodpoints
But killer mains working to delete healing from the game, like next update, can take a minute heal from injury.
Dont be surprised when game numbers will drop very much, and remaining survivors moving to 4 SWF to have chance

I think the key is to keep its strong healing for teammate healing but make it weaker for self healing.

Complaining about Syringes and Styptics in 2022...
@Topic:
Before the Devs try to change any numbers, they should make it that Boons only affect the floor they are active on. So at multi-floor Maps that it only affects that one Floor. You should not have a Boon upstairs in the middle of Midwich and have its effects on the lower Floor. You should not have a Boon upstairs in the library on RPD and benefit from it while not being on the same floor.
Because from the design, Boons are meant to be removed quickly by the Killer. But if they have to go upstairs in the Library or even worse, upstairs in Midwich, they cannot remove them quickly anymore.
I think this change would be far more important than any number changes. But overall, I think the Perk will slowly go into the "useless"-section with further Nerfs. It was a Perk which was too strong and was released like this because it was a Survivor-only Chapter. And similar to MoM, it will be brought down to a weak status, just this time, the Devs do it slowly and dont crush it right away.

keys are garbage

Where would you put the perk on the tier list if they made that change?

Remove the speed and instead add healing item efficiency

What if Boons became Hexes after getting snuffed, with reverse effects, but they're tied to their Radius?
CoH slows down healing, SS shows the Survivor Aura, Dark Theory slows the Survivors down and Exponential disables Perks that allow Survivors to pick themselves up
2 -
That'd be risky when talking about Boons as a whole, since SS/DT require the Boon to be around the Killer for it's full effect, while CoH/E require the Killer to be far away from the Totem to work
