DBD Hiding even more information again?
Where are our ranks?
Every single trial 2 good 2 terrible survivors playing in the solo lobbies

Well here's the neat thing.... grades are not used for match making anymore. Its all on a bad mmr system so thats why you get terrible survivors.

You should be asking to see MMR

Idk why they're hiding but idk why you care about someones grade during the time MMR is a thing.

Not red the news? Last point
Next Steps
With all these learnings in mind, we have a solution that will improve matchmaking for both groups of players. We will be making the following changes shortly:
- Reducing the maximum range
- Reducing the expansion time proportionally (so it’s no faster or slower than before)
- Lowering the effective cap for skill ratings
- Removing grades from the post-match screen for the foreseeable future

It's...a colored badge.... why should you care about it anyways, it doesn't determine your survivors

They tested and determined that being able to see grades skewed feedback on the MMR system, despite how it didn't affect it at all.

So you are upset that something not being used for matchmaking is not being shown and would give you information about if the matchmaking is working as intended.
You should focus on wanting clear information about your own mmr rating rather than grades not being shown in the end screen.

The MMR numbers are fine. When the MMRs are about the same the matches are pretty close. The issue has never been that the MMRs are bad, it's how the matchmaking compromises between close matches and fast lobbies.

There shouldn't even be MMR in a game like this where you have maps that are a guaranteed win for survivor if played right. Not to mention matches are heavily drove by RNG of "did i get a pallet here, here or here?".
Like I don't get whats so skillful about getting cowshed as survivor and running to each tile twice in a single chase. Or Gideons where you just loop a pallet once drop it cause its un-mindgameable.

They did it because of people like you who still think "ranks" are a thing.

They literally tested this in the MMR tests:
Grades and Ranks aren't an indication of skill, all it does is create the illusion that you're facing someone competent.
Grade indicates playtime for that month. It's not an indication of skill.

I know the whole Grade are not for matchmaking but if Grade indicates playtime for that month I shouldn't be depipping or safely pipping if it time played TIME PLAYED!!!
no dev say anything about this I been at grade 1 silver for about a week because I keep depipping or safely pipping so just back and forth that not how playtime works.

If you know Grades don't matter.
Then why are you worried about Pipping for grades? Makes no sense. If Grades don't matter, saying "Pipping exists" doesn't make it matter any less. All it would imply is that, Pipping also doesn't matter.
Pipping is literally a relic of the past since SBMM was implemented. It literally means nothing.

because if you don't depip then it really is not for matchmaking most could get to red grade but it is time played and grading up wouldn't be as bad
I been at silver grade 3 for a week just tonight got to silver grade 2 you know why because I was getting good games then right after bad games so it was pipping and depipping back and forth if grades are time played that not how time played works.
only trying to grade up for the BP.

It seems like you're ignoring the premise that, Grade has no effect on MMR.
Maybe it doesn't perfectly indicate time played, but honestly, does it matter if the premise is still true?

no I trying to get to red greade for the BP and if I keep going back and forth between pipping and de pipping that not how time play works if being part of MMR or not don't matter tho at some point I feel there is no MMR.
