Prestigating worth it?

Should I prestigate my characters or continue to update them when they reach level 50. I have so far prestigared my main killers and survivors to P3 but should I do the same to my other characters? Do I actually get more rare items that way?

Nope, but I did it anyways. All Killers P3 Level 50 bois

There is a slight increase to rarer add-ons you get, but it's so small it's not very relevant. The main reason is to unlock bloody head to show everyone you wasted 3mil bp on one character.

If I lived to 200 it might be worth it.

I would personally wait on prestiging, the developers have been talking about a grind rework for a while now and I'm convinced it'll likely be shown off at the anniversary stream in a month or two.

Not worth unless you either want to cosmetics or plan to invest thousands of hours into the game, in which case you'll eventually get plenty of bp to p3 50 everyone.

Back when buying skins was not a thing, having bloody clothing was a nice advantage for survivors at least. I have never prestiged after 2300 hours and still do not have all perks on all killers and only about 5 survivors over level 50. Even without prestiging the grind is enormous. Just buy or shard the skins you want.

I like prestigating because it gives better add ons and the bloody outfits

Honestly just do it to get it over with then you wont have to ask yourself these questions any longer i mean sure it sucks to loose all the bp investment but if you do this for every char you get used to it.

Prestiging is not worth it. But ignore me as I have all my killers P3 except like 3-4 or them lol 😂

Seriously listen to me, it's not worth it haha

It realllyyyy depends on who and why. If you have a killer or survivor you really like and want to prestige, consider if you'll actually use the prestige cosmetics, because that's really the only worthwhile thing you get out of the investment. The increased item rarity only sucks your funds in the long run, and I've never noticed a difference in the loot I'd get via the bloodweb, to be honest. I've never prestiged anyone beyond my mains, both of which have a hot load of nothing in terms of cosmetics, which was the sole reason I did it!

You should definitely hold onto your bloodpoints for now. If you end up wanting to prestige someone else, save up to 1mil and then level them up all over again so you can keep using them as normal, instead of being stuck with a level 1 killer or survivor.

I have only prestigated oni and bubba to P3. But it would take years to prestigate all of my killers. I have 16 killers currently and 14 survivors. Well from survivors I have prestigated nea and feng to P3. Also once kate and meg.
