What's your go-to perk build that you get a lot of hate for?
I personally run Ace in the Hole, Deja Vu, Slippery Meat, and Streetwise for most of my survivors, being the player that does generators for most the game, but I get a fair share of crap for having pretty "straightforward" perks, as in not ones with overly complicated abilities as well as it being called a "rookie build". I would like to see what your sweaty builds that you like to play regardless of what others think, toxic, beginner or just annoying in general.

ah yes, the dbd streamer fanboy build

Object, Alert, Second Wind, Well make it
Have gotten Accused of wall hacks.

I been running this one where I can. Throw gen defense to the passive winds and just tunnel people into the ground with compound 33. NOED if somehow they ever actually make it to the endgame on the most killer sided map in DBD.

DH, BT, CoH, DS.
All around great perks for me and the team. Obviously its hated by some because its very meta.

I mean running NOED with Blight is a little bit useless in the sense of how NOED will increase your speed when Blight is already way too fast

I see that the sweaty streamer fanboy builds are pretty common. Also keep in mind for everyone in this thread that I am not genuinely making fun of anyones builds since I do not understand the anger towards some builds since i just play for the fun of it.

Self Care has always been my first choice perk, but it's not meta anymore. Everyone has an opinion on it, but if I decide to self care and someone is on the hook there's always a risk they'll see my aura and try to struggle on first hook because they think I'm not going to come rescue them.
It's all about using it properly. Being injured against a stealth killer is never a good time.

exactly, in my mind there are no "bad perks" there is just bad ways to use them.

Ace in the Hole, Power Struggle, Flip flop and Sprint Burst. I piss off my team because I hump chests like my life depends on it.

oh absolutely, same here. Whatever time I don't spend genrushing I spend looking for chests, which Plunderer's Instinct comes in handy for which I will include for some of my survivors.

well i got told to k myself last night like 3 different times as no perk or addon nurse

It's a good build that I enjoy using.
Every single perk is good.

well thats too far, and you have every reason to want to have no perks or addons

I legitimately don't think I have any builds that I get a lot of hate for. I never run full-meta on survivor (I typically limit myself to no more than two meta perks, the other two have to be off-meta) and never use coh, and as killer I never use noed so that probably helps a lot. I definitely do have some strong killer builds though.

Power struggle flip flop has gotten me a lot of killer hatemail

I use it for the sole fact I'm really good with whatever I get. Brown toolbox? Sabo save. Flashlight? You know what happens next. etc.

The few times I ran boons I got hate from survivors my build was boon: shadow step, lithe, borrowed time and Iron will
And no joke shadow step was the reason I got ######### thrown at me

Same but when we go up against a doctor I avoid them 75% of the time and my friend gets angry with me for being smug lol

Shadowstep. It sucks that people just always want CoH, I get it, it is a broken perk, but I like funny no scratchmark perk

Being injured also doesn't matter against stealth killers, I guess I'm just thinking of myers and Ghostface who can just insta down you

Ah a fellow shadowstep enjoyer

The amount of salt NWO+NOED gets me is hilarious sometimes.
Like bro, you say I'm trash who got boosted by my perks, but my other 2 perks were Lethal Pursuer and BBQ, but since you died before Noed even activated, you got beat by 1.5 perks lol

ive had 3 man swfs get mad at me for throwing trying to make flashbang plays but it's actually pretty uncommon for me to get a lot of hate for my build while playing killer. usually its other survivor teammates or killers being salty that they lost.

SS, Bite the Bullet, Parental Guidance with a heal perk and medkit sounds fun.

I don't get hate directly for my perk choices. However, I do see a lot of people say Distortion is a bad/trash perk, and honestly I have a hard as hell time playing without it.
My go-to survivor build is: Distortion, Iron Will, Bond, Small Game.
Killer build is varied as it depends on the killer I'm playing.
