Moonrise Event will need some improvement for survivors

I'm really not looking forward to 30 min killer lobby times again. I mean sure, it might not be that bad, but I fear that it could get quite problematic. I would suggest to increase the amount of coins you get for a gen being repaired from 4 to 6 coins, and have survivors gain maybe 4 coins if they get hooked with a vessel.

It does seem a little against survivors making points, But, I'll just make them as killer

The real problem is that survivors need to escape with a vessel, thing to get the most points. So if the killer dcs, then you get no coins for the vessels. We might see a sharp rise in killer dcs soon.

Uhm generally 'killer mains' come up with these kind of conspiracy theories where one side becomes evil and tries to prevent the other side at whatever cost.

Maybe 1 in 10 games survivors saboed my hooks in other events. I don't think that killers will DC just to not give survivors their coins.

That is just my personal experience and opinion though.

You said it yourself that more survivors might switch to killer. These people might DC just to deny coins once they've had their fill.

I understand the confusion because of clown avatars but I am not the OP. It happens to me a lot too o_O

Yeah I agree with you, it might happen but I really don't think it is gonna be common.

Still, I think it is a bad design and survivors should not be punished for killer DC. I wish the devs could see that too.

It definitely will. I also don't want to see 20+ minute Killer lobbies. I'd prefer to not have to derank just to play the event as Killer. Along with your changes, all of the Survivors should earn at least half of the points whenever a gen is completed (like the Survivors working on the gen would get six points, but Survivors who were not working on that specific gen would only get at least 3 points). I think the Summer BBQ event also worked like this for Survivors.

The point gain is actually better for survivors. Surviving while all 5 Gens gets done.´=> 20 Pts. plus escaping with the vessel you gome to 45 pts.
For a killer to reach that amount of points, there must be 5 event offerings in the game and they need to destroy all 7 vessels (21 Pts) and hook survivors 12 times(24 Pts.) So a 4 Kill with 7 offerings and 7 destroyed vessels. Which of these two scenarios look more attractive?
I doubt queue times will get longer for killers. There won't be as many dcs as people think and even then you get the points done for gens.

You guys are overestimating how many killers are willing to give up all their BP just to spite someone.

Well there's a few toxic killers out there that if they're losing will do it just like with the last 2 events, don't like the map or offerings, someone's about to escape etc.

I never sabo'd event hooks unless the killer was a camper or they'd only guard event gens then I'd 99 them same as others because that's just being a jerk.

If I saw a survivor saboing event hooks I'd not save them and most others if they saw it the same and as a killer i never camped until bbq event. There was a Jake that decided to try and sabo only my events hooks on the other side of the wall from me repeatedly.

He'd also try and do it within a few meters of me then loop me on Macmillan so I camped him, re hooked him on the same hook and tunneled him and he dc'd. I let everyone else do all the gens etc since they weren't being jerks about it.

I'm glad they made them non saboable finally since that was long overdue and I think for the vessels it should change how it works.

As killer, I might participate a bit, but when I play survivor, I'll be skipping the event activities as a whole.

Ummm, I ran into a face camping LF last week who face camped the first hook. He got 6k bp for the match. Ran into him again on Sunday night, he did it again. This time he got only 5k. So - no, there are some really dumb people playing this game who only want to grief someone else.

Just like the flashlight warrior that harasses me from the start of the match. He is loaded with every perk he can that gives him second chances and cares not about the points he gets, he just wants to get in my way. That is why I ignore him. I love knowing there is an idiot not doing gens while I'm chasing another person not doing gens! It is like he sacrificed himself. Then he gets the hatch and brags....I got 40k+ for killing your friends, thanks bud. See you next game!
