It's finally updating for me. PSN users need to Shut Down (not restart) their systems. The restart option didn't trigger the update.

Isn´t console always a bit later than PC?
On PC it is updating with 22.5 GB, please write how big the PS4 is.

Yeah, me too. Although ... I'm actually conflicted
I heard some killers (especially nurses) are unstoppable on the new haddonfield map.
And I really don't feel like playing only Haddonfield against nurses in the next few weeks. xD
The fact that I don't have friends for swf makes the whole thing even worse, because in solo queue you lose 99% of all matches anyway.
Maybe the killer gameplay will be a little more fun with the new hemorrhage buffs, then I'll probably only play killer.
Although... the cheaters.... .... and again ... sigh :D

Quite often you may need to need to restart your console/Steam to trigger the update showing on your platform. It happens a lot on Steam for me, I have to restart Steam everytime for the update to show.

Hey feel free to add me! I'm a 50/50 Survivor/Killer and I'm done with random matches for awhile. It's true, most of those matches are a lost cause. I made a topic about this a few days ago. I'm the only one doing, gens, totems, unhooking, healing and nobody else does anything. I died on first hook multiple times while watching the auras of randoms just standing or walking around.

Mine updated on steam but will not update on my series x. It keeps force closing the game and saying the update can't be reached. I've never seen that message before.

My PSN says it's 18.653 GB for me. Just over 5.200 GB so far. Another 40 or so minutes.

Whatever happened to the thing BHVR said about making the update file sizes smaller? Mine was 23 GB. I have fast internet so not a big deal, but this sucks for people with slower internet.

Interesting. I'm not too familiar with other platforms. I know some updates on PSN won't occur if you don't have enough space free.

As explained this update is big purely due to an engine update, there is no way around engine updates being smaller I'm afraid.
however, it is taking a lot less room on disk now than previously.

Personally, I wouldn't uninstall anything unless it's something that I don't use. That would just waste additional time as it would take even longer to download again. Try shutting down, wait a few minutes, and then turn it on again.
