Say I inflict oblivious on a survivor but cant stay on them for one reason or another, whats a good perk to find them later, if any?

    depends on how they got oblivious. eg: hysteria + nurses so you can catch injured survivors off guard if their healing in the next 30s. but in general you can use aura reading perks like bbq or patrol gens

    Call their name and ask, if they're really oblivious to who u are they should answer

    Anything that reveals an aura should be your go to method, unlike killer instinct you are able to see the outline of the survivor and can identify which survivor is the one you left oblivious.
