Dear Killers who slug survivors who did nothing wrong until they bleed out, WHY?
Literally just played a game where me and my SWF got slugged out by a tombstone myers. Was super weird, we just did gens and looped him. He then slugged us all out and proceeded to type ggez in chat. Seriously, why do this? Is your ego THAT FREAKING LARGE to the point where you do this crap? Not fun for either side, I wish BhVR handed out penalties for ppl who do this.

slugging part of the game just like campping and tunneling they never handed out penalties for it

I know that, I just want to know why these types of killers do it, especially to survivors who did nothing wrong.
I mean, Jace (my friend who jumped into a Locker to avoid Myers Tombstone) IS a ttv, but he was never streaming, so It doesn't make sense to me

I play both side as a killer slugging never works for me tho if I see I can do it I do but I also hook you.

For the same reasons survivors t-bag at the gate for as long as they can, flashlight click, t-bag and point after every pallet stun or hide without progressing the match in order to punish the killer for killing their teammates.
Entitled and/or Salty players who go on a power trip while playing this game because they're pathetic and powerless in real life.

Usually if I slug it's to gain momentum. Which if it works and I get all 4 survivors down, I usually lost the survivors on the ground honestly. I feel bad cause I don't like winning like that, but it happens occasionally. I would definitely not say "ggez".

In my case, if I have a annoying af survivor (clicky clicky, tbag at pallet,etc) i save him for last to let him bleed out tbh

Basement Bubba is a scummy strategy whether you like it or not. It is extremely unfun, and takes no skill to do. I will tbag you at the gates if you do so as a result.

We never went away though. We were all in a general area, we knew we were done so we just sat there. We were also near basement, which should say enough.

I only slug toxic surv, surv who keep going for hook sabos, or boil over abusers.
But most cases Its because I brought a mori amd I wanna mori a specific surv.

There is only one time I slug survivors and force them to bleed out: WHen I know that I wouldn't be able to get them to a hook if I picked them up. If that happes, you're bleeding out

Forgive me forum, for I have sinned...
It was late one night and I had just prestiged my Sadako. I didn't have many perks and had only 3 slots to fit the Perks.
I get into a lobby and to my horror, I see all 4 survivors holding flashlights. I was missing Lightborn and I knew this would be no easy task.
The offerings were shown and to my dismay I see two Petrified Oaks and knew what would be in store for me in moments. A gang of flashlight wielding maniacs with Perks designed to make it impossible for me to hook anyone. Boil Over, Sabatour, Breakout, and who knows what else!
As the match started, that was when I made my decision. Slugging was the only way I was going to make it out of the nightmare with my sanity and temperament intact.
I down the first survivor, then I feint the pick up, and attacked the would-be blinder. It went on like this for a couple minutes until two people were down and the other had fallen back.
However, I did eventually hook someone. They picked up there fallen comrade and the game continued. I was relentless, I had to be. I had to see what I had started to the end.
By then end, 3 people were sacrificed on hook and 1 bled out. I do not regret my actions, I just wish it didn't have to come to that.
As for that Michael, no idea, some people are just jerks.

I think people in swfs and on coms lack skill. If you can't play solo then you can't play.
Do i think basement bubba is a "fun" way to play dbd? No, but nor do i think many aspects of dbd are fun that others do.
So i just do what i enjoy just like they do.

It’s not argumentative to point out that you are railing against people being obnoxious in game while using it as a justification for being obnoxious yourself in game.
You can’t make a flawed point like that and then get pissy when someone points it out. It’s a personal growth moment for you whether you take it or not is irrelevant to me.

I've slugged to bleed many times.
- Pre-nerf OoO
- Some specific SWF4 builds making for an horrible killer match (don't ask, it's not used much ... yet)
- Boil-Over focused team
- Survivors making hooking next to impossible (boil-over, repeat-sabo, ...)
- Survivors making it difficult to find them if I'm on a slugging spree
- ...
I never do it unprovoked though. It takes some special kind of poor bastard to do it just to waste someone's time.
Usually it's the survivors doing it to themselves. They have a plan. They thing they are being clever. Then they realize that simple counter exists.
I still laugh when I think about that bully team that was next to impossible to hook. Powering through several "unbreakable" and grasp-escapes, I've finally managed to slug them all. They were waiting for me to attempt another impossible hook. Instead I stood still for a few seconds in front of one of them. He started to do a few "no" on the ground. I emphatically did a few "yes", then he rage-quitted 😆

DS is perfeclty fine.
SWF is way more than half the games.
DH is cheap but not evil and in almost every survivor in every single game.
In essence you are saying you have legit reasons to bleed to death in almost every game.

Let me get this straight. You know for a FACT this is a Tombstone Myers, a build that is expensive as hell with a 7,000 bloodpoint offering on the line. It's only feature is for the Myers player to get the satisfaction of getting off a special kill feature.
And you/your friend intentionally screw him out of it by jumping into a locker, making sure he cannot get the kill or possibly the achievement that goes with it just to spite the man, forcing him to hook you or drop you on the floor...
.... and you are CONFUSED why he let you bleed out? Really? You have no idea how he could have done that? You cannot find a motive? None?
Look, if you wanna play that like that is your call - I won't judge you for it - but I don't see how you can stand there and somehow NOT UNDERSTAND why he would do that.

I don't see how not giving the killer a free kill is a problem. If you want your achievement, EARN IT. Or, ask us in PSN chat. It's that easy.

Slugging someone for 4 minutes instead of hooking them because you want to waste their time to be petty shouldnt be part of the game, like when before EGC staying at the gate for minutes waiting for the killer wasn't supposed to be part of the game either.
At least let survivors have a give up button so they can move on to the next game.
