Otz doing his part to prevent another wraith situation
For those who are having trouble facing legion since their buff i suggest you give it a look over! Splitting up dead harding and 99 your mend can really save your team against a killer i feel people are overreacting in strength! I know its blowing the lid on playing as a legion but i do not want another wraith situation. Legion is a definitely better killer now but not as much as i feel people are making it out to be. The not mending in TR seems obvious to me but not so much to my teammates...hopefully it's something they'll figure out one way or another.

I don't think it's necessarily a strength issue people are having. It's more of a "holy **** I'm mending for the 5th time in less than 5 minutes and I want to move on" type thing. I thought this rework wasn't the right direction to go because more deep wound/mending is never a good thing in terms of gameplay

to be fair they might not be mending so often if people killed more time and did their part like has been stated. By splitting up and body blocking for teammates or stalling for time. Or waiting till the power runs out then finishing their mend.

Sure, in a perfect vacuum where all survivors play at peak efficiency, they'll be spread to the 4 corners of Narnia. But sometimes the killer has Corrupt Intervention and you're on a smaller map like Coal Tower

yes, but is this better then the meme that was old legion? Seems like it for me even from facing them m yself. Because this gives me buffed wraith vibes. Everyone went to forums complaining about them even though they weren't in a bad spot. And now we got this bad wraith again.

Out of all the killers that they could have buffed they chose to buff the mending for the 47th time simulator killer
Legion's design and power needs complete changes and a true REWORK...
still waiting for the Pig and Myers buff tho...despair
and Ghostface didn't change still has the same issues as before but oh well who cares.

If you are getting hit that often by a legion then you or your team are doing something wrong. I still have not managed to get a 5 hit down with my power because my survivors are somewhat sentient and don't huddle together like sheep.

Nah keep your filthy handy away from them. Reworks are no good all you do is taking a killer away from the people that love them and learned to play and bought cosmetics to be seething new they don't enjoy. Old Freddy players know this feeling and bhvr has stated they don't consider a full rework if it's possible to achieve change on another way.

If the Legion is hitting you 5 times in 5 minutes your entire time is atrociously bad and this is no longer about Mending.

It is completely possible to force it with very little opportunity for counter-play. Had a Legion take us to The Game, had the Never-Sleep Pills and Julie's Mixtape.
Enduring, DMS, PR and Spirit Fury. Very very difficult to play against, even with his lower movement speed.

I got some with never sleep pills but good luck getting 5 hits without it.
Iri button and julies mixtape is the most meme thing i have ever seen. Why are you stunning a legion in frenzy? you are in zero danger until they fatigue and that gives you enough time to loop around and be safe. I tried it and the survivors just never dropped pallets while i was in frenzy, and then pre dropped to avoid spirit fury.
Legions power is in the hands of survivors.

I have no idea how you assumed he was camping, as that's an incredibly aggressive build he had.
This Legion pulled off 5 hits nearly every time, except for when I stunned him with a pallet where he simply used his Frenzy again and hit me but at least I didn't go down.
Legion getting 5 hits is a valid and dangerous concern now. The Mending time-waste is significant and his ability having lethality helps him.
I think you need to spend some more time playing as and against him before you make a firm opinion.

Yes, this is what made Legion dumb to go against since the Beginning. And this did not change after they nerfed them and this did not change after their recent Buff.
My issue with this Mending-Simulator is that it really prolongs games to make them tiresome if the Legion is also running 3+ Slowdown-Perks.

I don't see how a survivor pre dropping or splitting up to prevent hits is a skill issue on my part and not survivors having conscious thought. I am not using cheat software so i can only run as fast as the game will let me.
how does that legion perform on eyre of crows or a farm map?

Nobody performs well on Eyrie except Nurse. Moot point.
I've had some decent success on Farm maps. Rotten Fields can be rough, but if you get a three gen, it's over.
Likewise, that was why I specified that the Legion took us to THE GAME. One of the smallest maps in the game.
On maps like Dead Dawg or The Game, Legion is a menace. On maps like Eyrie or Ormond, he can have it rough. So does 90% of the rest of the cast though

My thing is legion was horrible (everyone pretty much agreed they were one of the worst killers in the game) so should they not be buffed just because their powers a little annoying? Especially with like otz said there's still a lot of counterplay for you as the survivor. If a killers seen as pretty bad they should be adjusted i think thats a bit of a no brainer. And there's a difference between annoying and powerful. Like people have said they dislike the buff because it makes legion more annoying. But it seems legions still rated as one of the weaker end killers power wise.

How are people even struggling with a killer who has no way to deal with loops while being denied their power with the simple press of the E button? And don't get me started on the ridiculous requirement to score 5 hits during their Frenzy for the chance at an instadown while survivors are split up across the map, that's just plain impossible.

Survivor mains will always complain about Legion. They want him removed, not reworked.

I completely disagree with that sentiment. In fact, I think its what makes legion a bit more interesting than others as a surv, you dont just hold M1 at a gen, you need to mend then consider undetectable, then go back to the gen, NOW track if he got the 4th hit, depending on your situation you might not want to insantly mend, ...

Take it with a grain of salt, i primarily play killer so im always looking for tension instead of chill. I agree with one thing though, slowdown perks shouldnt be as oppressive as they are right now.

I'm sorry but there's no opressive slowdown in the game,all of them are counterable and requires skill and effort to use.

Sure, DMS, pop and painres require downs, ruin can be cleansed, but relative to other perks theyre overtuned. There are very few builds that can get similar results as 4 slowdowns.
Id level the playing field with buffs to other perks like they did with blood favour, but nerfing the peak would also be a solution.

Yeah but it's just that baby survivors or casuals can be destroyed by him I quess. I played game with him agains't casual survivors and just whiped the floor with them. Was fun game for me got 12 hooks but I imagine they didn't feel same way. Well I hooked everyone twice before killing anyone so maybe it was not too bad...

So basically with the new legion it's recommended to run dead hard. Can't wait to have more survivors run dead hard Incase they run into a legion. Like the bully squads weren't enough.

The buff itself doesn't annoy me. It's that there are so many people playing legion that annoys me because legion is still a very boring killer to go up against and always has been. The buff didn't change that but it changed the frequency that they're played. I'm guessing that people playing them will decrease after a few days though. I don't think they're OP or anything

Why isnt it fun, its free bloodpoints against an m1 killer, literally the bedt situation for a survivor, you are in control of the chase all the time, hows that unfun?

People are likely using Legion's power more often since there is the ability to down with his power. Plus the lower fatigued too, but that was something you could do with addons before.
Before you would use the power to injure people then unless you needed the tracking info provided by his power there wasn't much other reason to Feral Frenzy against injured survivors.
That said people who complain that legion is boring because mending are never going to be happy with legion. BHVR isn't likely going to change his power to not inflict deep wound considering this has always been legion's power since his release.

I would say most of these tips are very obvious but I am regularly teamed up with people who self care against infinite T3 Myers or insist on booning and re-booning their CoH against Plague so...
Also I will say, I absolutely hate and always have hated going against Wraith, so I was really annoyed when he got buffed, not bc he was too strong but bc many more people started playing him... It's very possible people who complain about Legion's buff are mad bc they don't like people against them, rather than because they're too strong.
On a side note it's also a lot more easy to die against killers you don't like bc you're not having fun, pay less attention and don't try too hard to survive bc you want the game to be over. I used to think Wraith got buffed too hard before realising it was just me unintentionally throwing the game every time bc i didn't want none of it lol, maybe it's the same for people against Legion, I've always had a lot of people giving up against them.

It's not an issue that Legion is too strong, they aren't, they're still one of the weaker killers in the game.
The problem is mending again and again and again and again isn't fun.
