Doctor vs. Pinhead. Who's better?

Who's the better killer? Especially anti-loop wise since that's their power. I feel like Doctor's ability is stronger (static blast) and more rewarding when you hit it in chase. Pinhead's chain have to be hit precisely and even then the survivor can still break them quite easily and drop pallets even while chained. Pinhead also completely slows down while aiming his chain. Am i right?

But for low skill Doctor

Doctor takes quite a lot of skill to be good with him.
Now back to the question - I would say Pinhead if you are good with him and you focus on cube / chain hunt.

Doctor imo. The cube is a non factor against decent teams.
