Rework Dead Hard instead of Buffing Killers
Instead of buffing Killers to make them easier to play, why don't you guys rework that thing you call a perk "Dead hard" ?
You'll see that killers will be able to perform the way they should have at the beginning if the survivors didn't have the capacity to avoid a Hit every time they press E when not exhausted !!

Both is necessary, in my opinion.
Dead Hard being reworked would indeed help out... let's say Clown, he's the absolute bottom, but it's not going to mean he no longer needs some changes. At minimum plenty of killers deserve an addon pass, completely disregarding the strength of Dead Hard.
The same can be true of survivor options, too. Plenty of perks need buffing, and items in general need an overhaul.

Even if DH didn’t exist that wouldn’t suddenly make the weak killers good. It would help, but it wouldn’t be enough by itself.

I wonder if dead hard was reworked to nerf dead hard to half the distance it provides, will it solve the problem? Afterall survivors do use it to dodge a good hit and seemingly the nerfed distance can prevent abuse to make it to the pallet/loop/vault.
Somehow benefit for each role
Survivor: Can still make a good juke with accurate timing of using dead hard and not losing the advantage of dead hard provides completely
Killer: Reduce the timing of being in a loop with survivor potentially because survivor love to use it to make it to a pallet/vault/loop

Another one that completely underestimates other exhaustion perks. Youre welcome to cry a river if your game doesnt improve at all when not facing DH at all.

Dh isnt the only reason killers like clown and trapper are weak. Its map sizes with ridiculous gen spreads that makes it nearly impossible to pressure multiple survivors at once.

Just because you can't see how strong DH is doesn't mean it isn't easily the best perk in the game.

I don't think he's questioning whether the perk is good or not... he's questioning the validity of the perk. Which has been broken for years (even after the "fix"). If NOED were broken for years you would be requesting it to be fixed would you not? But wait, it's easily one of the best perks in the game can't you see that? (Do you see how ridiculous that rhetoric sounds when that wasn't even the point?)

I have been saying that NOED needs to be redesigned as it is one of the strongest perks a good Killer can take.
I have no idea where you got the idea that they are questioning the "validity" of the perk. They are obviously implying that people are complaining for no reason.

Idk why people always like to compare to NOED. I am SWF main and I have never seen NOED as a threat. Killer plays with 3 perks the whole game and sometimes even the end game. You can do all 5 generators and 5 totems altogether and still able to get at least 3 survivors out of the gate. Just focus on totems if you really are so scared of NOED if you want to play solo since I understand you cant rely on others for this. If the killer is sweaty and you have no time to search for totem, don't you think he deserve the kills for running 3 perks the whole game?

Why are killers even getting a buff? Because of swf? Solo q is even worse now and everyone is still complaining about survivor perks or buffing killers.
Every game is filled with legion and every game so far has had at least one dc as soon as they’ve seen legion, has to be the worst state I’ve seen this game in.

No sore losers just unfair advantages due to the unbalanced nature of the game and repetitive killer every game. Don’t blame people for dcing against the same killer every match but least give us some variety.

Legion is not "unbalanced", they're still D-C tier Killers.
Legion just got buffed, of course they're going to be seen a majority of the time, just like when Boil Over was buffed to it's abuseable state
