3 Killer Perk Ideas based on the Injured State

-Whenever a Survivor is Injured they become Broken indefinably & their Grunts of pain are 25/50/75% louder for as long as the Hex is up
(First Blood)
-All Survivors start the Trial injured & gain the Broken Status Effect for the next 30/45/60 second.After the Broken Status Effect is up the all Survivors are healed up by a health state
(Deafening Scream)
-For every injured Survivors gain a token,each Token decreases your Terror Radius by 2/4/6 meters.If 4 Tokens are obtained the killer gain the undetectable status effect.A Token is lost when a survivor is Healthy or in the Dying State

For hex bleedout, would it trigger for EVERY hit? Or the first time a survivor is hit? Or maybe the first time a chase is broken (AKA they got away)?
